Not an honest place to do business.

Bought a Kia part online from them. Their web site assured me this part fit my year, make, and model. It did NOT fit. Not even close! I had to pay to return it then this stealership charged me a restocking fee, despite that I was proven right and they admitted it. Good reviews are just people who didn't realize the deal they got.

THIS TEAM WORK MAKES YOUR DREAM WORK

RUN, do not walk to this dealership—they will put you in the driver’s seat!! Arkell and his manager are the A-Team! Instant rapport, personable, caring, and trustworthy. They possess what every consumer-driven business should have: an honest desire to fulfill your need. Especially for those of us who may have less than stellar credit. We still cannot believe we are the proud new owners of a 2022 Kia Forte. (We were in a real pickle when our car required more work than its worth—this was after we had already sunk several thousand dollars in recent repair work. We needed a quick solution!) We are so grateful for their guidance and for their ability to make this happen for us.

Very satisfied with this dealership

They had the car I wanted and offered a slightly lower price than Edmunds recommended. They expedited the paperwork and vehicle prep so I could be in and out quickly.

Dont honor Pence For Life

They took over Pence Nissan, but won't honor the Pence for life deal that was sold to all of the loyal Pence customers. They didn't even notify anyone. They made the appt, did the work, and when it was time to pick up the car ONLY THEN notified us that there would be a charge. VERY shady. They basically turned their back on everyone that has ever bought a car from that dealership, with no regards for the fact that many of them will no longer consider Hyman Bros a viable option for doing any business in the future. Seems like a terrible way to run a business. They might have saved a few bucks per customer / a year on oil changes, but they are probably losing hundreds of dollars per customer in other maintenance services that will now be done elsewhere. Loyalty dealership group gets it-- They sent out a letter notifying their loyal customers that they would honor the Priority for life deal. Customers be warned. As if it wasn't bad enough to have the word "Hyman" written anyone on your new car-- they also don't treat their customers very well either.

Great Salesman!

Joe did a great job of showing us a car they had for sale. We didn't end up buying the car since it was a little more money than we were prepared to pay. Joe did his part well though and we would recommend him to others.

Worst customer service ever

Hyman Brothers abandoned long time customers who held Pence for Life warranty’s on Nissan vehicles purchased under the Pence ownership. They honored the program all along until they decided to dump it. This is not good business and over the last year the service department has failed to give good service to their customers. I guess you get what you pay for with this group. And in the case of the Pense for Life people, you no longer even get what you paid for. As a long time Nissan owner, I would tell you to steer clear of this crew, since they now have a proven track record of terrible customer alligence and poor customer service in general. There’s are plenty of better dealerships that give a xxxx about building a loyal customer base. I highly recommend Mechanicsville Nissan, if you are looking for good deals and customer service.

My twin and I bought our very first car on our own

Mr. Donell Scott Jr. was the certified sales consultant that my twin and I worked with during our process of purchasing our vehicle. The overall service he gave and experience throughout was 10/10 and would recommend him to any of my friends/family. Thank you Mr. Donell Scott Jr.! This will be a day we will never forget!
