New Car shopper

Great customer service! They did not have the car I wanted on site but got it for me that weekend. I was very satisfied with the purchase price and procedure. Troy was very helpful providing information online before I went to the lot. Once there Keenan and Leah were like old friends made the buying process stress free. Thomas (Hyman) made sureI was satisfied with every step of the process. I was not disappointed at all. I'm so glad i found them. They are two hours from my residence but well worth the drive.

Kia sorento purchase

This dealership was amazing. This was my first automobile purchase and I will definitely be revisiting them for any future purchases. Troy and Hope were extremely helpful and very nice. They are straight up with you and help you find what you want.

Excellent service

Hyman Bro's Kia on Midlothian turnpike gave me the best service from a dealership that I have ever had. I reached out through email first and I had fast response times. I was greeted at the dealership by the sale associate, Rodney Lesine, that I had been communicating with. They are very understanding and open to helping you walk out the door feeling comfortable in your new purchase. Service department is great. I have no bad words or thoughts about this place.

Only Place I will Buy a Car

Last year I bought my Toyota and my granddaughter bought a Nissan from you guys! Our sales person is Rhonda Booth and we could not be more pleased. 2 great cars from a great sales person keep it up Rhonda!

Great Car Buying Experience

This was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. Troy Bell, the sales rep was attentive, helpful, and was interested in providing the best vehicle to fit our needs. We really appreciated his approach. Jack Kelly, Mgr. and Leah Bautista in Finance were pleasant and helpful. There were no high pressure sales tactics here. It was obvious that they all had confidence in the product. I went back the day after purchase with a question about the Easy care product and Jack immediately got up and took me out to my car and showed and explained everything I needed to know. We haven't experienced service yet but hope the results are the same. Thank you for a positive experience.

terrible service

Completely ignored, only one person available attending 3different people . Poor information no more then I could get myself on the internet. Waited the seller 20 minute alone in office and then I left as I felt like they did not care about me or selling cars.

easily the worst car buying experience of my life

*** the service departments' hours are more of a suggestion than reality.... ***two times I have gone there only to find they were closed before the posted hours *** service department had 48 hours notice to arrange a rental car for me....arrangements were never made by service dept----yet another wasted trip & wasted time *** spent 30 minutes at dealership looking for help after new purchase, made eye contact with at least 4 employees and was ignored for over 20 minutes *** NUMEROUS unreturned calls (in the rare event you a person to answer & not a voice mail----calls are still not returned) *** very unenthusiastic employees that give the impression they don't enjoy being there **** still have unresolved issue in trying to get ALL paperwork/warranty info from dealership ***a lot of pressure (not from my salesman) to sell/pitch 'add-on' packages after agreement on price of the car

Service for cross country trip!

Cadenza was serviced for cross country trip and the service was prompt and complete. EVERYONE was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the lounge and complimentary goodies. Great service department!
