Love that they are open on the weekends & are fast with the oil changes

I purchased my truck from Patchetts Ford (now Price Ford). I get my oil changes there because they were part of the sale with Patchetts. Once I've completed the 5 Price is offering I will find somewhere closer to meet my servicing needs. I do not live in Turlock. As for the staff I appreciate the way Paul handles customer service. He is friendly, kind and knowledgable. I've always enjoyed my experience when he helps me.

We were not happy with the news that our "lifetime" service has been suspended because you are the new owners. This is not a good first impression with your company and we are not left with a good feeling about the service we will receive in the future. Yes, you are providing us with a "goodwill" 5 services, but, frankly, the only goodwill to be felt will be to your company. We are sorry that Price Ford doesn't consider their current customers as valuable enough to honor a previous agreement. Hope you are happy with your results, but we will not be recommending your company to anyone.

I'm from out of state ... Texas. My vehicle needed it's oil change and I called the dealership. They set me up for an appointment for the next day! Wow! I was greeted by the staff and my truck was done quickly so I could go on my way!!!

Staff very helpful. Shuttle great. All in all very happy.

We received excellent service. From the point of dropping off the car to keeping us updated on the service progress. When we arrived for pick up it was fast service We were overall pleased with the service we received.

I purchased my 2011 Mustang at Patchett's Ford. The Price Ford staff is just as pleasant and the service the same high quality. There are closer Ford dealerships in Modesto, thus my reservation in recommending this dealership 100%.

Good experience with checking in and out personnel. Time taken to do oil change also excellent. Sad to hear that I only have four more "lifetime" oil changes left!
