    bought my traverse there and always service it there because an extended warranty but by the end of my coverage, i started to pay more attention, i ask what was wrong with my car and their response; you are not even paying for it so why do you need to know, or the mechanic does not think this should be fix or not, first of all, yes im paying for it, second if im paying i should get an explanation if i want to, but since that happened i wasn't very happy so i look for another dealer, bad to, so went back to get some fix: electrical problem i thought, so they take 2 days to find out the problem, the manager calls me and tells me "ok we got it some cable was dirty and we clean it and the mechanics recommend you change the spark plugs and is going to be 800 plus tax" so i get really upset how is it so expensive to change the plugs and how they decided to change them, but got no answer they call the general manager because i did not want to pay for replacing the plugs but i still was getting charge for the diagnostic of the car, but they said this is a recommendation the computer doesn't show that, to what i said that in the past if your car was having electrical problems the first thing you did was clean or calibrated or change the plugs and that you don't need to be a mechanic for that, but the general manager did want nothing of that, he said that i always argue with them and that he remembers me form other times and that i always want to basically get the diagnostic for free, i don't mind to pay for the computer diagnostic but the computer only show a bad connection (the cable that was clean) but since cleaning a cable and charging some body 200 to clean a cable was not enough for them they also want me to spend another 600 changing the spark plugs and in the middle of all this they fix a recall with out my consent, because i will like to take the buissness elswhere but they decided to fix it again because i pay nothing. but this should be my saying not theirs. so this was my experience from hell at this dealer, so different from the treat you get when you buy the unit and for the first years under warranty after that BE READY FOR THE PUTNAM HELL

    This one was a routine service, oil change and basic inspection. It was explained to me that it will take more than 3 hours waiting, the service agent offer a ride or suggested a way to enjoy my time. Also, he gave me an estimated for the service. Once the service finished, he explained everything was performed in my car and the conditions. Paid for the service and I was ready to go. He was very courteous, very professional explaining anything I asked. Great service!
