oil change, tire rotation

Service rep. was good, very knowledgable, helpful. Will be glad when construction is complete. Not happy with the increase of oil change prices. When purchased was told oil change would be $12.95, then within a few months price almost doubled. Now tire rotation increases in price almost at every service.

Oil change

Even with extensive remodeling happening at Don Ayres, my oil change was a very positive experience. I was treated courteously and my wait time was appropriate for an oil change.

Great service

Was pretty great. Only problem I had was they didn't tell me they upgraded the firmware of my car (which added an annoying sound when the doors are open), and also changed the automatic headlight setting (which I was struggling to figure out because I've never touched it), but its probably normal procedure for them to do.
