    Went shopping for a car not really expecting to buy anything, but after looking around at cars showed to me by Jeff, i fell in love with one! By the time i test drove the car and made my decision, it was almost closing time for the dealership and the bank. But the guys at Don Ayres worked with me and made the process simple. After all the running around i got my new car! It was clean as can be and the service was awesome!

    My CRV has experienced some structural issues in recent years and the guys in the Don Ayres service department didn't stop looking for what was causing the problems. After a two-step process over several months, the car finally drives like a dream again. Highly recommend these guys!

    My husband and I were in to purchase a car about December and they offered us a lease option. We agreed to do the LEASE option with the perk of the car being maintenance free to us for the life of the lease. When husband took car into get routine oil change, they are trying to charge us for a tire rotation. So we were lied to from the beginning. When the sales person tells you "maintenance free," make sure to ask what that includes because if we knew that it only meant free oil changes we would have just bought the car out right; not lease.

    My husband and I went to test drive a vehicle and met Nathan. He was awesome to work with. After some negotiating we purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue. We would definitely recommend Nathan and the staff at Don Ayres.

    they make everything so easy. they provide recommendations based on your previous service work. they make a nice easy clickable shopping list. they provide reminders. you get to the service area and you are promptly waved in. you hand off your keys go to the waiting room ( and / or wait for complimentary vehicle ). then for quick exit, you just talk to your assigned supervisor who checks you out and hands keys back. ( plus a complimentary car wash ) Its Easy!

    I don't know I can thank Caleb for helping us get the car we needed. Don Ayers dealership has great helpful staff that we felt no rush to buy a car but helped us get a new car in a timely manner with us having an appointment to be at. I would highly recommend there service to anyone especially if you have business with Capitol One.

    Went to make a down payment on a car this morning, had already set it up with my sales person. Talked with another sales person, not the one I was talking to, he said I would have to wait until my sales person got there. While I was waiting 20 minutes for my salesman the first gentleman I spoke with called someone he was working with interested in the vehicle and got the down payment over the phone. I am extremely angry with Don Ayres right now I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Talk about horrible customer service, and dishonesty. I wish I could give them negative stars

    Brought our Honda CRV in for airbag recall. Received courteous service from the time I pulled into the bay, Met by Zach Bloom, Service Advisor. He told me what they were going to do and about how long it would take. He kept me current on when they started and when they were about done. He made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge. Zach also worked with me on what service items I was behind on and gave me a quote on what it would cost to get the things done that were needed. He also made sure they washed my car. It's nice to feel like an appreciated customer again. We don't get that much anymore at other places.
