Purchased a used car from there in July. They never filed paperwork for registration and insurance. Still dealing with DMV , was told they would refund... my 749 dollar processing fee. Still haven’t seen that! Worst ever experience in 30 years
Went to look at a used SUV I saw on cargurus. List price was about $23,000. Test drove it and then got to the negotiation. Here is where they have a ridiculous... "reconditioning fee". It's a just a scam to jack up the price. We left and went down the street and got upfront deal without all the underhanded BS.
MY CAR PURCHASING WITH NISSAN IN SHORT PUMP HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT!
We are happy you enjoyed your experience and hope you can recommend us to your friends and family. Please don't hesitate to stop by and say hello on y...our next visit! Geoff Secora--GM
I purchased a car from this dealer on 8/10/18 and the deal was that my first payment would be November. I just got a bill saying first payment is due... 9/24/18. I spoke with Bruce, one of the managers and of course he has a different story now that he is done with the sale. Trying to give me a bunch of double talk basically saying first payment is due 9/24/18. I will never purchase another car from this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Liked a SUV I saw online for 15995 and called to inquire about dealers fees . I was told they do not discuss over phone told them I was driving from 250... miles away and wanted to know fees as not to waste a trip. Finally someone called back with fees 749 doc fee 449 protection fee 2500 prep fee...... xxx couldn't believe fees added 3700 to price of car needless to say I didn't make that trip. Bought a car close to home.
Walked away after waiting about an hour to get an sales representative. Even after taking appointment i had to wait so long and no one bothered about a... customer waiting even leaving the delaership.
I contacted the sales person by email. I wanted more pictures but the sales person refused. I decided to visit the dealer at a time that they wanted but... they had sold the car before I could make it there which was understandable. They tried to make the car sound like it was a lemon. Then they tried to put me in a car that I didn't want. Not real happy about my experience but come to expect the worst from cold big dealerships.
I’m still going back and forth w/company to correct my credit file from purchases made several months ago. The sad part is I was already w/Nissan... why is it so hard for them to correct their mistake? The finance manager gave me his word it would be cared for and no follow through. During negotiations the sales rep pressure the xxxx out of you to get the sale and they are not forthcoming until they have pressured you for several hours and waisted your precious time. I still ended up purchasing 2 vehicles at one time, it may be short lived. They also coerce you into taking their survey to ensure you give the sales rep and the company a good name. All smiles and lies! Never again! After this ordeal you couldn’t pay me to do business their again. I could say more and name names but their shadiness will catch up w/them. It always does.
I will say that our sales person Charles Bull was great. He wanted to be upfront with their “hidden” charges $1900 for a 29 point inspection... fee and I think it was a $650+ servicing fee on top of their sticker price. When we found this out it was absolutely a shock and walked out at that point. Charles worked with us and we ended up making a deal that we were happy with but just knowing that they do this is soooo shady. I would not recommend the dealership and I don’t know how they stay in business with this type of business ethics but I guess it works for them. I just hope everyone knows to read ALL the small print and get it all in writing! Go into this with both eyes wide open and be prepared for anything they will throw at you.
I wish I could give this company a 0! Every part of the experience has been terrible. The sales manager was high pressure and lied to us repeatedly ... The process was painful and took 5 hours! I didn't get my license plates until after the temporary tags expired. Then the dealership took 2 months to sent the title to the DMV after the car was re-financed. There are so many details that I will spare in this review but just know it was a horrible experience! Stay far away from this dealership!
