Bait and switch. Found 2 vehicles online that I wanted to look at. Got there and guess what? Not on their lot. Also their trade in value on my car... was significantly lower than 3 other dealers, CarMax and KBB. Stay far away.
Worst customer experience ever in buying a car. They are shady as xxxx. Best friend until they get your money. Then they are no where to be found when... problems occur. The are deceitful and underhanded. Nothing is as they tell you. They lead you and misinformed you then they buck up priced. ITS ALL A SCAM! Worst experience ever. Gave the keys back. Not interested in playing their games! Will be reporting them to corporAte Nissan and the better business. They are not men of their words! Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else.
MY CAR PURCHASING WITH NISSAN IN SHORT PUMP HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT!
We are happy you enjoyed your experience and hope you can recommend us to your friends and family. Please don't hesitate to stop by and say hello on y...our next visit! Geoff Secora--GM
Never buy from this dealership unless you want to be scammed. First I found a car I wanted car guru, so they called me and told me to come in. They than... showed me base model car and started telling me they would add all the features I wanted. They start out negotiating at a ridiculous price and try to cheat you. When I go back to get the features installed on my car they said they would only install half the ones that were promised. There sale tatic’s border on criminal. Do not buy from here unless you want to get ripped off. If you do buy from here totally avoid Chris he is a liar. He told me to call him anytime if a problem comes up and when I try to call him I find out he blocked my number.
Tried to get information on a car on Sunday, no one was helpful. Called back on Monday & was told someone would call me in 2 hours. Called back in... 3 hrs. Finally got someone on phone to "help me". When I questioned the $749 Dealer doc fee not being on website I was told " dealerships don't put it on the websites". Well, apparently they don't check other websites outside their dealership group. There are much better options.
Everything you read in the previous reviews is correct. Expect to pay up several 1000's more than what they advertise. (for my car was about $6000).... They are everything you hear about oily car sales people. A nightmare! I called twice because I was coming from far away, and when we walked in, they did a totally unnecessary survey, in the mean time, someone else walked in and purchased the car I had driven hours to see. They have a "reconditioning fee" of 2500 that is not warranted. Another Nissan dealer person told me that their advertisement is potentially illegal for being a Nissan franchise. The sales person even told me that I had to pay a lot fee, because they were on a prime "location." My goodness! I am actually very grateful that I did not end up doing business with them, looking at the fact that my experience was not an isolated one. Beware!! I would not purchase there. Since, I have found SO MANY other places that are much more straight up with you, and do not mess with the mark up. I would go somewhere else.
There sales tactics are aggressive and visible. They marked up the price of a car my wife was interested in based on the information she gave them so... that they maxed out her credit in a hard situation. They took advantage of her situation.
The car on their website is mysteriously not available. They repeatedly lie to you over and over. Then there is the $2600 fee to recondition the car. If... ever someone deserved to go out of business.....
Purchased a used car from there in July. They never filed paperwork for registration and insurance. Still dealing with DMV , was told they would refund... my 749 dollar processing fee. Still haven’t seen that! Worst ever experience in 30 years
Went to look at a used SUV I saw on cargurus. List price was about $23,000. Test drove it and then got to the negotiation. Here is where they have a ridiculous... "reconditioning fee". It's a just a scam to jack up the price. We left and went down the street and got upfront deal without all the underhanded BS.
