I purchased a 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo from Nissan of Richmond online in early July. It is now nearly the end of September and they have still not completed the title transfer. I have attempted to contact the Sales Person, Finance Dept, Title Person repeatedly and have gotten nowhere. They never answer the phone, return calls, reply to Web Chat, or text messages. The very few text messages I have received have been nothing but excuses for why the paperwork is not done and never get an answer as to when they plan to do it. At this point I am pretty sure they are just messing with me or that their is some financial reason for them to hold on to title as long as possible. If you are talking to them about a purchase they are all over it. Once they have their money forget it. I have a very expensive car that I can't drive since it still isn't registered. Stay far away.

My salesman was good. He made sure everything checked out perfect for me, but when it was time to finance that's where the problem began. After catching the bus from out of town to get the car, I had to ride the bus back home with no car lol. I back with the second largest credit union in the country and the said they have never heard of a dealership not calling them and getting a promise from them that they would next day there $$$$ lol. So I wasn't going to get the car but I said hell this is what I'm looking for and went back. So when I got the car I noticed that I didn't have a full tank lol. They said I could only get 10 gallons on a used car after spending $26,000 on a car lol. Good salesman and front desk people but I think that's just where it stops lol

Traded in my car to buy a year old vehicle at Nissan Richmond. Was told that the second set of keys would be mailed to me as they were unable to locate when we bought the car and it was closing time - total lie, there was no second set of keys, and once I left with the car I never heard back from the team. Better yet, the loan on our trade in vehicle was guaranteed to be repaid within 30 days; lo and behold, a month and a half later, the check had not even been cut yet. I'm writing this six weeks after trading in my car and am still paying interest on a loan because of the incompetence of this organization. At this point I'm concerned about fraud and considering contacting the Better Business Bureau or escalating further. The icing on the cake is that our salesman (who bizarrely bragged throughout the process about his supposed six figure salary) left the company immediately after selling us the car so we received no responsiveness or follow through on our phantom loan repayment, or on our keys, which cost $200 to order a replacement set (was finally told that some used cars simply have one set, and tough luck). Zero customer service whatsoever. I'm lucky in the sense that I've never had a bad encounter at a car dealership, but this place is comically bad, bordering in fraudulent (and that is not a word I'd use lightly).

This dealership was amazing! As soon as you walk in the doors you immediately feel the positive energy and vibes on the floor. The front desk people, sales consultants, and finance department all work together as one great team with thorough communication and attention to detail. My salesperson was Tammie and she did absolutely fantastic! I was very pleased with how she was able to breakdown certain possibilities we could take in order for me to purchase my first vehicle. After test driving the potential car she did an amazing full walk through of the vehicles features and mechanics. Once we were back at the dealership the papers got signed and before I knew it I was driving home in a 2015 Certified Pre-owned Nissan Versa Note!

Terrible sales practices! Tried to charge me an additional $375 "insurance fee" on top of there already high Dealer Processing Fee of $699...total "fees" of $1074...plus tax, tags, etc. Salesman said "he can't waive the insurance fees " (I'm okay with a reasonable processing fee, not a stupid insurance fee) No worries...didn't buy, and won't ever! Watch the fine print...SHADY SALES Leadership!!!

Bought a car here and it ran into issues. Dealership payed all costs and took photos of all damage. I have had nothing but the best service from the greatest team. Recommend Nissan of Richmond to anyone looking for their next automotive purchase. 10/5!!! Transmission blew and they towed it up there, provided me with a rental and had it rebuilt by a professional shop. Car is working better than ever. Ask for Nick Dixon! Helped out with a ton of issues and super friendly! 2010 Nissan GTR

Drove from Pittsburgh to look at a Viper they had. They lied about the history of their ownership and could not get stories straight. Car looked decent from pictures but I needed to drive down to see it. Both the salesman and the GM told me there had been NO PAINT WORK, It was so called "inspected" by the mechanics at the dealer. I drove 5+ hours to see a car for 10 minutes. The entire front end(Hood, left quarter and front bumper) had been re-painted or replaced. Clean CARFAX does not mean anything. People can afford to fix cars without insurance and this clown did not have anything to say. Minus the interior damage(faded seats, damaged door panels) the car was a complete loss. whoever had this car beat the daylights out of it and pawned it of on Nissan of Richmond. Not to mention the worst detailing job I have by far ever witnessed. Dirt loaded the airvents, door sill were filthy, heavy wax residue between the door panels. Keep in mind this is a black car and will show everything. Overall a 1 Star rating is a complement to this experience and I hope they do not have lawsuits for misleading customers.
