    I purchased the 2015 Chevrolet Malibu 2 LT, loaded. I am completely satisfied with the service at Hendrick's Chevrolet, Buick, GMC dealership. I am completely satisfied with the staff assisting me with the purchase and the staff I met on my tour of the showroom, offices, and lounge. I am the happiest person I know right now. I look forward to the relationship with the Hendrick Company as they will take care of me for the next 5-6 years.

    I was there on New Year Eve. This was the worst experience I have every had at this dealership.I was being rushed into a deal by the business manger Chris Williams. He was trying to get me to get into a new car which I was only showed two cars to pick from. Because of my credit I had to have a high APR. I and my daughter asked it a number of times why can't I get a use car and we was told no. So went with this but I knew that I could not afford to keep the car with my set income. I was working with American Acceptance Credit and I had talked to them a number of times about the deal and I asked them did I have to get a new car and they told me no. So I was riding around in the car for almost 3 weeks with dealer tags going back and forth doing the 3 weeks so I finally call the finical company to tell them that the payment was to high and I didnt want the car because I couldn't afford the payments. I put $500 down on the card. Which he has not said anything about me getting back. I toke the car back on 1/17/17 I didn't sign anything stating that I had toke the car back so instead of him letting me sign the paper he told me he was going to get with his sales manger to see what they can get to get me into a car I could afford. After getting no lead way with Chris I talked to the sales manager today 1/21/17 and Chris had not talk to him about it. So Mark the sales manger told me to give him to Monday to see what he can do. The thing that I don't like is that they pick a car for you and not give you a vary to look at. I'm very upset with my experience. I hope you telling them how I felt.

    I was in the market for a new car. Planning to get something that was better on gas mileage than my Silverado. I had a deal lined up about 2.5 hours away but really didn't want to make the trip. Worked with Jeff who was fantastic. Ended up buying a 2017 Chevy Volt. Going into the dealership had every intention of buying a car and keeping the truck, but Jeff worked through all the options to get me a deal that I was happy with and I never felt overly pressured like some sales people make you feel. All the employees are professional and make a good impression. While I was waiting in the waiting room another sales person came up to talk to me about my Chicago Bears hat for about 5 minutes. Just make you feel comfortable from the time you walk on the lot. The dealership is well kept and updated. As far a selection goes, I am not sure how they could get anymore with the extra parking deck and overflow lot down the road. Definitely will save myself some time and headache next time I want a car. Hendrick will be my 1st and hopefully only stop.

    Ricky Bryan is an outstanding client advisor. He was pleasant, courteous, patient & thorough. I was provided necessary information & given opportunities to drive the car before deciding to purchase. I was ill during the process of completing the transaction so a lot of extra effort on the part of Hendrick personnel was required to get it done. This is the third car I have purchased from the Short Pump dealership & have always found the sales, scheduling & service personnel eager to help. The fact that you have a courtesy van is very important to my being able to use your service department.

    We purchased our new Tahoe on 2/13/16 and it was a great experience working with the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. A special thank you to Casey and Colby for going out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Both were very knowledgeable about our Tahoe and answered all of our questions very professionally. Thank you also to Kristi, Richie and Manny.
