Great Dealership

Great Dealership. We are Seniors shopping to find a specific car which we found at Mercedes-Benz of Marion. They were super nice to deal with in every way. They were kind & patient with our many questions. It was well worth the 2 hour trip. The car was even better than expected. Our most pleasant car buying experience ever.

Outstanding Experience

We were looking at several Mercedes around the area and found one we liked at Mercedes of Marion. Tyler was extremely helpful and pleasant. The transaction from start to finish was painless and the team was outstanding. We highly recommend this dealership.

Highly recommend for sales and service

Can't say enough good about this business. First, we love the car we purchased. When it needed to be serviced, they sent a driver to our home (an hour + away) to pick it up. Then, delivered it back to us after service was completed. Sales and service departments are very easy to work with and accommodating. Will definitely go there again!!

Pleasure to do business with MB of Marion

I definitely would recommend this dealership. We have driven the GL 450 for many years and when it came time to trade, well, you just can't beat the safety and quality. We had already been looking, so we knew exactly what we wanted. (shopping for a gently used GL 450) MB of Marion wants to earn your business. Go see Bruce or Oliver.

Wonderful staff at mercedes of Marian Il

Bought car in October My wife and I had been looking for some time for nice E-350. Wehad shoped in St Louis, Mo and we left feeling like we had been in dog fight with the sales dept. I hate looking for a new car as it seems like a battle with sales people. Not so with the sales staft at Marian. They were wonderful to work with. In fact very friendly and went out of their way showing us around. Would most deffently go back for my next Merdedes. JIM -PATTY

Bad situation, great service!

We received bad gas in Kuttawa & had our car towed to Marion, arriving at 5:30 closing time. Jeremiah, the service manager, was waiting & had papers ready, along with a loaner car. Unfortunately, we had to spend two nights in Marion, as the parts were unavailable locally. This was a bad situation, but the people at this dealership were great, everyone including the young men in the detail area were helpful.

Not ready for Prime Time .......or Internet Sales

Interested in a listing on Cars.com and sent a contact request through the Cars.com web site. I got an "automated" reply from the dealer but no follow-up. I sent another email through the dealer's web site and no contact back. Too bad too.....they had a vehicle I was interested in but so do a lot of other used car and other MB dealers. I expected MUCH more from a franchised Mercedes Dealer.

Really impressive, great experience!

I walked in today to this dealership with my E350 2014 showing a tire pressure warning. Mr. Oliver greeted me as I walked in the door. He explained to me what was going on with the car, and assured me to get everything taken care off. While waiting for my car, Mr Bruce showed me and my wife the new S class and the new C class. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced about the new products. In thirty minutes my car was ready!!! and Mr Oliver walked me to the car and explained to me what they exactly did!! I was so impressed with their service, and the fact that they even took it a step further and delivered my car to me cleaned and vacuumed !!!! Thank you Mr Oliver and the rest of your team for the great Mercedes Benz Service Standards!!!

Great people to work with

I called for questions about a car in their inventory. The sales reps were more than knowledgeable and friendly to work with. The description of the car in Cars.com was spot on. This was CPO car from Mercedes and the Marion Mercedes rep told me that current CPO policy from Mercedes Benz is that CPO cars add 1 year of warranty, but also unlimited miles. This convinced me that a CPO from Mercedes is a benefit, not a used car. The reason I didn't purchase was not based on any negatives from the dealer at all. It was a matter of not finding the right fit. However, the one thing I expected was for them to find out what it was I wanted and follow up with searches to bring me in as a customer.
