I had an unusual problem with my door, and Nick, the manager was so kind in helping me. I am a single mom with a van, and I have been taken advantage of with car maintenance before, and Nick was personable, helpful, and efficient. He didn't even charge for the repair because a technician had called in so the work took longer than he anticipated. I was treated professionally by everyone there. Words aren't enough to describe how grateful I am. Five stars!

Sales person was great, until after I bought the vehicle.

Sales person was great, until after I bought the vehicle. I wasn’t told about the $3000 dollars for the bumper to bumper, I thought that was the Kia warranty they were talking about. No one returns my calls on the $3,000 dollars that is still out there! They told me to tell the finance company I wanted to keep it and they would then refund the money themselves so that they didn’t get charged to re-do the paperwork. I was told I would receive $100 check as well. At the moment I would not recommend them due to their lack of empathy and lack of returning calls. They need to fix their communication and quit thinking because I am a female they can push me around. Even Mike the manager hasn’t returned my call because I just called last week and was told I would be called back that afternoon. Once again NOTHING! Next step will be calling the finance company and reporting to BBB.

My sales rep was Christan Albert. And he did absolutely everything to make sure my husband, son and I was approved for a vehicle. If you need a car I highly recommend award Chrysler of Carbondale Illinois. And definitely ask for Christan Albert. He has a heck of a personality and it’s never dull as long as he’s in the room☺️

After spending 4 hours on Thursday test driving 4...

After spending 4 hours on Thursday test driving 4 vehicles and promised so much by Christian I have to say the general manager made it worth it on Saturday when I brought my husband with me....he bought our lunch and worked with us for hours and we were able to drive away with a vehicle we were satisfied with I have to say every salesman we had was very polite and helpful they definitely have my business again.

Nothing as Described!!

I drove 6 hours round trip to look at a 2012 Dodge Challenger.After talking with sales person about the condition before I made the long trip I was convinced it was well worth the trip and time.The car supposedly only had 67,000 miles but it looked more like 267,000.The car was a mess inside and out.Sales were very unprofessional and it was probably the worst buying experience ever!! I also asked for Carfax info which they printed out and it had absolutely no information about the service from the past I would definitely think twice before shopping at Ward Chrysler Center in Carbondale Illinois.I recommend anyone pay $40 for the real “Carfax” because there’s is much different if you decide to purchase a vehicle from them.

Drove 6 hours round trip for a 2012 Challenger.I made 3 calls to sales with questions of Condition of the car and was convinced by sales it was worth the drive.The car was NOTHING as described or pictured and was a total piece of .... inside and out.I also asked for carfax of past history which it seemed they made there own.Worst experience ever from what I thought wad a “quality “ dealership.

Unsatified consumer

Did not like the vehicle hand picked for me nor the payment. Salesman was not willing to work with my budget. Terrible performance vehicle. Terrible customer service. Unfriendly staff. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealer ward chrysler center or recommend.
