I had a headlight out and called at 7:00 am when they opened and asked when I could get in. They got me in at 8:30 and I was out of there by 9:00! Everyone was very friendly and the cost of service was very competitive. I will definitely continue to be a customer for all my service needs.

The buying exp. was so easy and all the staff was super friendly. We done a lot of the things needed to get qualified over the phone and when we got there things were ready to go. Most places say yes we have you approved then you get there spend all day and they end up wanting a co signer or a huge down payment, not with Vic Koenig, they got us into a brand new car without having either. The only thing I would suggest is that they get an area for small children to play. I had to take my car in for an oil change with a 1 1/2 yr. old, that part was not fun at all although they did give her a balloon to play with.
