Purchased some OEMparts and had them installed to ensure they were installed the right way (after reading forums it was highly recommended to have the... dealership install them). Work was completed and I informed the service department it didn't look right and there appeared to be missing parts. They assured me that the right parts were installed correctly after bringing in a second set of eyes. After further inspection it was determined they broke several brackets in the process of installing the other parts. I had to take pictures of another vehicle that had those specific parts installed correctly and then show it to them before they admitted they installed them incorrectly on my vehicle. I asked for a refund on the labor and told them I would take my vehicle somewhere else to ensure it's done right. The employees appeared to be upset that I didn't give them an opportunity to fix the issue, but in all honesty after I noticed the broken brackets it let me know they don't care about informing the customer or replace the broken brackets. To top it off while waiting in the area for my refund, I could see the service advisor smoking inside the bay where cars are being worked on. Keep in mind there are brand new cars with the doors open while she is smoking and walking around. I'm glad I didn't purchase my new vehicle from there. I will never take my vehicle there again.
I bought a Cadillac and my bumper was peeling. Told them to repaint it they did was done cheap took the car to get checked somewhere else and they told... me if this car was in an accident. Come to find out it was and they denied it. Thank God I moved because every dealership in St. Roberts is a crook✌
I negotiated on a truck online then drove from KC to buy it. Its was as described. More importantly, they honored the deal without any changes.

Service depatment is CRAP...... told them I needed a light bulb and didn’t need an appointment, went in to get it and said we needed $300 light kit and... an appt. they were so kind and gave us a discount..... next day went in for the schedule appt and was told we only needed a light bulb after all.... awesome right? Nope we had to pay a 15% restocking fee for the kit that THEY said we needed. So we had to pay for THEIR mistakes, not great customer service if you ask me. Steve the Sales Guy is AWESOME but I definitely wouldn’t buy another car from there again just because of the service department. Also we’ve had issue with our touch screen radio/ monitor screen since we bought our van brand new. Every time we call to have to “fix” the problem we are told they have to see the problem, we finally managed to get up there where they can see the problem and it’s still not fixed. Our van is a 2017 and got in 2016 and now we’re out of warranty and nothing if fixed. Talked to the manger and he basically told us at least they saved us $233 instead of putting in the light and charging us for something we didn’t need. Our last 4 vehicles (2 from Lindsay) have been dodge/ram/Chrysler, that being said we are pretty partial to that make of cars, too bad Lindsay Chrysler-Dodge won’t be seeing us back. We will be taking our business elsewhere
I was on vacation and lost the water pump on my 2016 dodge truck, Sat 7-7-18.I had the truck at dealer ship Monday 7-9-18 morning was told it would be... completed Tuesday 7-10-18 . Tuesday came they told me it would be Friday7-13-18 Friday came and I was told parts did not arrive it would be the Next Monday 7-16-18.I live 3.5 hrs north of Lebanon. Made a trip Friday to pick it up. The service lady Ashley laughed when she told me the part was not in !! Very ,very ,very,unprofessional, customer service is a joke!! It’s dealerships like this that gives Chrysler a bad name!! Frustrated!!!
I apologize you were treated this way. I am afraid you have left a review for the wrong dealership. We are Lindsay Chrysler and are located in St Robe...rt MO, not Lebanon. We have no history of working on a 2016 Ram with a bad water pump, or ordering one for a customer. Will you please consider removing this review?
I have now bought 7 vehicles from this dealership. I recently bought a Ford from a different dealership and spent 7 HOURS trying to come up with a good... deal. It's simple at Lindsay, you pick a vehicle, talk to salesman, test drive, and get financed and you're done!! I got a GREAT deal on a USED Ford truck, cost me under book price and I LOVE IT!! Rick is a wonderful salesman! They also don't try to talk you into things you don't want like gap insurance or extended warranties. I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP and this salesman!!

We were very impressed with the buying experience. We felt like they gave us a good price for the Jeep we bought and a great price on our trade in..which... honestly was kind of surprising as I assumed we wouldn't get a decent offer. Steve was our salesman and he wasn't pushy at all...very nice people.
