Went through the buying process on an F-150 Lightning

Went through the buying process on an F-150 Lightning Larait. Agreed on price and all the rebates. All of a sudden while wanting to sign paperwork I was told by the salesman that I didn?t qualify for some even though previously told I did. I was up front on income and was told, ?I got you ? by the salesman. Now all of a sudden the truck was $7.000 more and deal fell apart. I ended up with a Flash Lightning. I?m still not poisitive what rebates were available even though I have asked. They do not give good value for trade in. In actuality I wish I would have looked at competing Ford dealers before settling on the Flash model at Bill Brandt. Ford is supposed to call to install charging station at home. Has not happened yet, only response from Bill Brandt, is they will call, no timetable or any other information provided. This is my first electric vehicle and I do commute so I?m stuck spending extra time at public charging stations until who knows when. Next time I?m in the market I?ll probably go to another dealer.

This dealership has been in business for decades and is the only dealership in town. They have establish a reputation for honesty and service. They have many repeat customers. There is no pressure, they take their time. They assist in understanding and connecting your device applications to your new car computer.

I went to Bill Brandt Ford to look at a specific Mustang

I went to Bill Brandt Ford to look at a specific Mustang I saw online. My salesman, Stephen, was very professional and friendly. After I drove the vehicle we went over the value of my trade in and pricing. I didn?t buy the vehicle that day but I called Stephen the next day to talk about the deal, and thought about it for a couple of days. There was no pressure to do the deal and Stephen was very ?easy going?, which I like. Finally I went to the dealership with my trade in and purchased the Mustang. I found all the sales staff to be very friendly. I would recommend Bill Brandt Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

All three used cars were up front when I arrived at the

All three used cars were up front when I arrived at the Dealership and David Padilla my Sales Rep and Kyle Caban my Finance Manager helped me get the car I could afford. No pressure, friendly, caring, courteous and most of all had lots of patients with my decision on which one to choose. I have already recommended them to my friends and relatives. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!! This was my second purchase in 13 days as my first car was in an accident and totaled (not my fault) and I went back to Bill Brandt Ford where David Padilla & Kyle Caban helped me again and Kyle helped me with the Gap Insurance and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed to send to them to complete the payoff of the first car. I also explained to Kyle that he had gotten me the previous Loan with Pacific Service Credit Union and wanted to stay with them if they would still keep me. Kyle sent Finance Paperwork over to them on Saturday at PSC and they not only kept me but lowered the Finance Charge from 8.99 to 8.09. Amazing! I am extremely HAPPY!

Went in to buy a 2023 F150 lightning and had a great experience. Paperwork was completed quickly and everything was explained in detail. Greg, my salesman was great at his job and answered all of my questions and helped set up the app on my phone. Everyone was very helpful.

Found the car I was interested in online.

Found the car I was interested in online. My salesperson Stephen was very professional over the phone. I live 2 1/2 hours away, so he came in on his day off to help me. Dealership has a family atmosphere and lots of inventory. Highly recommend!
