    We told Mr Watson what we wanted and a price range. With in an hour he had two Explorers for us to look at with another coming in the next day. When we returned the next day the other was there. We did paper work and within 24 hours we leased our next vehicle. This was the only dealership that did what we asked for. Thank you Kenney.

    I purchased a used vehicle, Nissan Rogue, I was not pressured to buy a Ford vehicle, thanks Henry. I chose this one because of its condition and super low miles and I travel a ton so it needed to be comfortable. The only complaint I have is I had to wait for my second key and I still don't have a owner's manual. The car is a 2014, but I don't feel it is too much to ask for an owner's manual....

    A few weeks ago I bought a brand new 2016 F250 King Ranch. I took the truck to the D-Patrick Ford location in Evansville to have them work on my truck after a different location was unable to fix the issue. They have had my truck for 10 days at this point with no idea of how to fix the problem. The service department has been in talks with Ford engineers and been driving my truck daily while hooked up to a diagnostic computer to try and figure out the issue, putting hundreds of miles on my truck in the process. Do to the fact that I need a truck and feel this one is unsafe, I called Ford and they told me to talk to the dealership about solution. After talking to managers I spoke with the owner of D-Patrick who also was not helpful with the situation and spent most of our conversation talking over me and my spouse. He basically told us that we should be thankful that they gave us a courtesy vehicle because they weren’t required to do that and a lot of dealerships don’t offer that service. He told us that the situation was bad for all involved; it would be unfair to them to do an even trade because Ford wouldn’t reimburse them for the truck and that was unfair to them. He stated they have sold 10,000 vehicles this year and only make 5% on each vehicle. I guess he was wanting my sympathy but after D-Patrick tried to make more money off me because of the situation, I just can’t see them as the victim. The owner called me back later that day and told me that he called Ford to recommend that Ford buy back the vehicle. He told me that should hold a lot of weight with Ford and it is something he usually doesn’t do. This week the service department at D-Patrick Ford Evansville called me to inform me they fixed the problem and no error codes have come on since; but there was no guarantee that it wouldn’t go off in the future. They told me I could pick it up the next day. I called the next day to confirm picking up my truck and they told me they had bad news the service lights came back on. They told me that they have no idea what the problem is and they had exhausted their resources and it was up to the Ford engineers at this point. They do not know when the Ford engineer is going to come. The service department has been very friendly but the situation is frustrating. D-Patrick has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I would never recommend them to anyone.

    By a wide margin the most helpful sales staff I've worked with at any dealer. By a wide margin, the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I've ever dealt with at any dealer. We own two Lincolns. A 2011 MKX and 2014 MKZ (Thanks, Henry!). We've had the 2011 MKX in for brake problems, entertainment center problems and lastly the vehicle spontaneously loses all power in traffic and the dashboard lights up like a christmas tree. Three trips in for the brakes and we gave up. I hear the brakes grind daily when my wife backs out of the driveway to leave for work. The nav system took two trips to dpatrick before they replaced it. As I'm writing this, dpatrick called and told us they can't figure out how to fix our MKX losing all power despite the issue being widely documented all over the internet. (google it to see for yourself--"lincoln mkx loses all power") Our problems with this dealer and this review are rooted in how this dealer chooses not to solve problems; not the reliability of the vehicles they sell because the manufacturer's quality is beyond the dealer's control. I couldn't be happier with the sales experience but the service experience is consistently heartbreaking to the point where I don't trust them anymore. It's really, really bad. We've owned virtually nothing but Fords and Lincolns for decades and never experienced any issues until dealing with this location. There's a culture problem in the service department at this dealership rooted in arrogance, apathy or Dunning-Kruger that seemed to start when they relocated from downtown to Lloyd & 41. Tragedy to see them spiral like this. They used to be great.

    They worked.with me to get a good price on my trade in and gave me a great rate and got me an amazing monthly payment. The car was in good order and super clean when I test drove and bought it. The manager even came out to finish the deal with me. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a vehicle.
