Steer clear.

Steer clear. Offered to help me get an extra key to close the sale then ghosted me when I asked about it after closing. Willing to lose a customer over a spare key.

My advice would be to go somewhere else to buy a car.

My advice would be to go somewhere else to buy a car. Don’t trust this dealer to give you all the information you should have about the car you are buying. The closing person doesn’t know what they are doing.

My mother had to buy a new car, because hers was totaled

My mother had to buy a new car, because hers was totaled in an accident. She went to Town and Country Ford, because they had something very similar to her car, which she loved. When she test drove the car, the low tire pressure light came on, but otherwise, it was just like the car that has been totaled and she wanted to buy it. She was promised by the sales person, Bobby, that the tire would be looked at and repaired by the service team, so she bought the car. It turned out that the tire had 3 nails in it and was unrepairable. Instead of replacing the tire as she had been promised, she was told by the service department that she would need to pay for a new tire, and they also suggested that she buy second new tire so the treads would be balanced. When she reminded Bobby that he told her the tire would be fixed when she bought the car, he told her there was nothing he could do about it. The Sales Manager, Malaysia, also said she could not help and also insisted that the tire was probably damaged after my mom bought it, even though she had gotten a clear commitment from Bobby that it would be fixed before she bought the car. My mother, who is a senior citizen and was eager to replace her car after her accident, was taken advantage of and then treated disrespectfully and without compassion by the sales team. She ended up having to replace the tires on her new car at her own expense. I contacted the general manager, Cory George, who offered no apology and did nothing, and also avoided my calls and messages when I tried to follow up. Town and Country Ford mistreats senior citizens and does not care about its customers. There are so many other car dealerships in Evansville that actually care about their customers and their reputation– go to any of those places instead to buy your next car.

Steer clear of this dealership.

Steer clear of this dealership. Had a major safety issue arise twice within 1 week of purchase, and was told "you bought "as-is", there is nothing we will do to address the issue". I do know what "As-is" means, but the salesman was asked during our purchase "so our dealership will not offer any protection should something happen in the first few weeks after we drive off?". Answer was "we are a multi-million dollar corporation, of course we are going to take care of you if something major happens that soon after you purchase". This is a major safety issue that should have been caught during any standard inspection of a vehicle (shows up in diagnostics), prior to being put up for sale on any major car lot. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for any new or used vehicle.

The assistant sales manager was very helpful and nice.

The assistant sales manager was very helpful and nice. We told him what we were looking for and he left and drove the truck that we wanted right to us to look at. We were wanting a plane truck to pull are camper trailer with. Plus we do a lot of trail hiking with our 2 dogs so we didn’t want the best interior it just gets dirty. So this was what we wanted and we just had to add a trailer brake controller and we were off camping again!
