Needing a tail/brake light replaced and air conditioning checked before traveling out of state I was told there were no appointments available for up to 4 weeks. When explaining my plans the service Dept was able to get my van in within a week. (3 days before leaving town) Also replaced spark plugs so my van (7 years old) runs like new!
