when drive testing the car the tire pressure light came on showed 3 tires at 35, right passenger 24, drove back to dealership and told sales rep. Oh no... problem we'll fix that, I want to get you into a car today. I buy the car mention again to sales rep. about the tire, we'll have it checked and get car ready for you. drive home two days later light comes on tire low, this happens each week. Make appointment at dealership, seems there is a nail in side of tire, can't be fixed service manager says, you need to buy 4 new tires because of tread, $800.00, I say no way it's a new car, he comes back you can buy one tire 200.00. I say I'll speak to manager, they won't put a new tire on because now they say you've been driving the car, This should have been checked out and fixed before I drove off the lot. I check with tire co. they say exact tire is 140.00, call back manager now he'll pay half me half. Feel I'm still being ripped off for them not being thorough before selling the car.

My salesmen Craig Smith was excellent. I did not end up making a vehicle purchase but he was helpful in every way. He gave me a few more options to try... and squeeze a new truck in my budget but unfortunately my budget was the problem not the dealer. Would go to again after my finances improve.

Went to drive a used vehicle that they brought in for us. It was dirty inside and out. The check engine light was on. It reeked of cigarette smoke and... needed the safety recalls addressed. WHY would you let someone test drive this if you wanted to sell it?
I had an issue, spoke to a few people and they fixed the problem apologized and in the end took care of an upset customer.
I moved to the country to get away from city living, after moving here we went here and purchased a truck. Well within 6 months the tailgate won't open,... I contacted this dealership and was told that it's got to be a module for the tailgate, I asked them don't you think you should look at it first to make sure, anyway I drove it up there not a short distance. When I went back to the service department, they sent out a technician that said yes its the module, so they would put it on order, about 4 or 5 days went by I didn't hear anything, so I called and had them check to see if the part was in. Oh, and Service said there was also a recall on the truck and they would fix that. Anway after being on the phone with the Service Dept what seemed like forever they came back on the phone and said the part is there, I said the part for the tailgate also, he said yes, I said I can't go without my trucks tailgate not opening he said he understood and it was there. I set up an appoint to drop the truck off Thursday night and they would have it fixed Friday. When I dropped it off I asked again about the tail gate and was reassured it would get fixed. Well Friday comes and when I called to see if it was fixed I was told the recall was but no one ordered the module, I was very upset, I told them just to give me a loaner because I wasn't going to drive back and forth to not get it done. I was told that they would get there part on Monday. Well, its Monday and still no truck. My husband called them and told them he wanted a truck as a loner we need a truck, they said ok, so my husband goes up there and then they tell them they can't give him a truck. This is getting too long. I have left a message for the Owner that has an office there in Camdenton dealership, so let's see if he calls me back. My next step is to contact BBB and whoever else I need to call. I have been lied to more than once and then they lied to my husband when he got there. So far living in the country is not what I expected
Great people . They did an excellent job on my car plus they loaned me a car to drive while they replaced the transmission on my car . Don the service... writer was great and Josh the salesperson was fantastic also . I definitely want to buy my next car from them !
After purchasing a $14,000. vehicle from what was suppose to be a reputable dealer. I am stuck with a problem and no resolution in sight. The runaround... game I have been given once the paperwork was signed and the check to the dealership cashed. I can not seem to get my back seat repair issue resolved. They are all claiming BRAD the salesman did not document any issues. So okay, you have someone not doing their job and because of that I am the one left holding the bag full of crap. Thanks a lot Sakelaris, next time my money WILL go elsewhere, because I have a bitter aftertaste in my mouth now for sure.
