INCOMPETENT SERVICE

They need to eliminate employees in the service center and start new with friendly customer service in a timely manner and hire employees who take pride in their job and know what they are talking about. Current manager is a JERK!! Never completes service in a timely manner and loves to argue with you about how they did everything RIGHT!! It's all the customers fault.

Buyer beware Sakelaris Car Dealership

Buyer beware Sakelaris Car Dealership. Upfront I gave them every opportunity to make this right. Car did seem to run fine on the drive home. We did buy car as is, but assured of its excellence. Purchased 2008 BMW 128I convertible, 77k miles in January which was garaged until April due to weather. Put one tank of gas through it and immediately had missing issues, which we thought maybe was bad gas. Had to replace plugs and wires for this. Told AC worked, it had expensive major leak. Said they put on new brakes and turned rotors for safety, they did not. Windshield wipers not replaced as stated. Car inspected by reputable shop in Springfield, Mo. Cost $3500. We were not expecting them to take care of the repairs, but thought some compensation was called for on good faith. They totally refused. Disappointed because I thought they were a reputable dealership. You must judge for yourselves.

I had the pleasure of working with Doug Underwood to purchase my car. Himself and the rest of the crew worked hard to get what I needed. Love my car and thank you for the fast efficient service.

Worst car buying experience ever

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had in over 40 years of buying cars. It took 3 months to drive home a used car that wasn't ready to be sold. Took that long to order an oil pan due to an oil leak that still existed shortly after I finally took ownership. Cost me 600.00 to fix what I waited 3 months for. They charged me to come back to the dealership to set up the key pad entry. Constantly had to change loaner cars that they left me less fuel than I gave them. I was paying insurance and car payments on I car I didn't have possession of. As I was leaving with the vehicle I got an 'oh by the way' there is rust build up on the brakes that will work itself off... of course I had to get new brakes shortly thereafter. I spent a grand on what they should have taken care of. They are a running joke in the area every time I took the car somewhere else to fix their mistakes. I will never go back, especially for service.

This dealership did their utmost best to serve our needs. The problem was not having inventory in stock during these times we are in now. The salesperson, Doug, was most helpful and spent a lot of time with us, also a cordial man, and so easy to communicate with. Nice dealership.

New Transit

We sincerely loved our 2014 Transit Connect and think we are going to like our new 2021 Transit Connect even better. Our salesman, Doug Underwood, was very professional and worked with us until we got the vehicle we wanted. We have purchased our last three vehicles from Sakelaris and have been satisfied with the vehicles and service.

Bait andswitch

Called about a used car they advertised. Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday to see it As they said it was still there. Was called an hour before appointment and told it had been sold night before but they had another car (totally different) they could sell me. Said no. Then sent me an email that same afternoon asking if I was going to keep my appointment! No honor, no honesty since the change in ownership. We bought our previous car from them. Never again
