    I have had the pleasure to work with Larry Cartwright at James Motor Company in Lexington, KY now for about 7 years as we have obtained three cars from him in this time period. Larry has been a gem to work with as he truly has listened to our needs, never wasted our time and made the whole car buying/leasing experience as easy as possible. He has helped us obtain the best deals and has helped to get cars shipped for us. Lastly he most recently help expedite a tire situation that I had on our new car and made service possible within hours on a late Saturday afternoon. The dealership has always been excellent to helping to make service arrangements and if transportation is needed they see to our needs. Would recommend Larry Cartwright and James Motor to all friends and family and in fact have done this on numerous occasions throughout the years!! Thank you Larry!! PS-Thank you to Larry for yearly calling us for our individual birthdays!! It means a lot.

    Had a issue with my vehicle getting looked at by service. Service manager explains car is worthless which is very disrespectful from a customer standpoint not only that did not follow up with me about any of my services I was getting done . Asked questions to the manager about my car and what all the commotion was about my vehicle . Couldn't even give me a straight answer about anything my vehicle. I thought a service advisor suppose to follow up with the owner vehicle never did even left a phone number contacted the service manager 3 times in 1 day before anyone would get a hold of me. Then talk about as a service manager being very unprofessional and rude. Didn't even care about what I was talking about or saying . Really disappointed supposed to be a benz dealership suppose to have class. Was none there at all. Stooped very low in class

Therefore, it was our recommendation for you to re-evaluate any repair decisions you may be considering.     The staff at James Motor company was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the first visit to decide what vehicle I liked, thru test driving different vehicles and finally purchasing my dream SUV, my salesman Scott Stoess made my experience a pleasure. For the first time ever, I felt like my wants and needs in a vehicle were truly considered instead of what was on the lot being forced on me. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for me. I have and will continue to recommend Scott to any friends looking for a vehicle and will definitely send them to James Motor Company!

    What should have taken an hour, ended up being 5 hours! Even on his day off, Derrick Burns would not leave when given the opportunity to let someone else finish the sale. Circumstances beyond all of our control created this situation for an out of state transaction. Derrick went above and beyond to be there until the end. The desire he has for your happiness is what sets him apart from the average salesperson! Highly recommend!

    I just got my first new MB, from the first time I walked in the dealer to the second time (when I picked up the car) attention to details were remarkable. Everything, including financial approval was done in about 45 minutes flat. I'm about to go for the first service and I'm anticipating the same experience.
