    I bought a new car from Lauren and she could not have worked harder to get me a good deal. This was the easiest car deal I have ever experienced. She was very professional and patient in explaining all of the new gadgets on my car, thanks Oxmoor Mazda!

    I have worked with Oxmoor Mazda several times for myself and family members. The sales people are not pushy and are friendly. I have worked with Kyle May and Mike Ross each time and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and leave happy. They care about the customer and try to get you the best deal they can no matter what your circumstances may be.

    When shopping for a car, I attempted to be well versed in exactly the car I wanted. I went to several cat lots, however Oxmoor Mazda was the best and were I decided to ultimately buy. They found exactly what I was looking for and gave me honest feedback and suggestions, which you want when making a large car purchase. Thank you to Matt Gavin and all the wonderful sales people there.

    I was supposed to be mailed a refund for a cancelled service warranty on the car I bought in October 2016. It is now 7 months later and I am yet to receive the refund. I made contact multiple times to Mario regarding the issue and was told it was handled. It was only when asked for proof in February 2017 that he replied a week later stating the check was actually never sent to the bank. Once he finally cut the check he sent it to the wrong location. It has now been 7 months and I am still waiting to receive the refund meaning I have been paying interest on money which should have been refunded. The wrong VIN number was also put on my paperwork and the issue went unnoticed for two weeks. I had incorrect documentation and insurance due to their lack of care for customers. What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into, at this point, a 7 month ordeal. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

    My car (2015, CX-5) wouldn't start, so when I took it to Mazda without having an appointment I was pleased to be able to get in and out rather quickly. The Assistant Service Manager (John Bishop) is professional and he kept me in the loop as to what the problem was.

    We had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob Clark when we where there and even though we did not buy a car from him this time, he treated us in a friendly and professional way. He was helpful in finding the best car on the lot and had many suggestions for what to look for. Managers were easy to deal with and they followed up in a timely and professional manner. We did not buy from them, but if I am in the marked again in the future, I would not hesitate to go back to this store.
