Great people to work with.

Great people to work with. Treated like family every time I enter the door. I feel like I don’t show my appreciation for this team enough. I knew several dealership owners in California therefore I was always treated well. This was my 1st dealership I’ve dealt with since moving to Indiana and I put this Dealership at the top of my list of great experiences. They have met all of my expectations. Keep up the good work.

Sharon the customer service representative, smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I had a tire issue, she was able to get a tech to pull my car in and check my tires. I was in and out in no time.

I ended up getting my nearly 4 year-old battery replaced

I ended up getting my nearly 4 year-old battery replaced at no charge. I had not really noticed any degradation of the cars operation even after being alerted by the notice, but I have noticed improvements in drivability since the battery was replaced.

4-5 days to have car analyzed.

4-5 days to have car analyzed. 6-8 weeks before car can be worked on. Wanted to keep my vehicle the entire time. Told if I take it home, I lose my place in line. Service desk employee was crass. Never buying a Ford again. 40k miles and transmission is bad with no smooth path toward warrantied repairs.
