Pittsburgh Delayed, a bit! But, on the road again!

Heading to Pittsburgh this morning. After backing car out driveway noticed check engine light was on. Pulled back in and checked oil level. It was ok. Instead of heading north we drove to Moses without an appointment to see if someone could check it out. Service Technician said to bring it in and he would get someone to check it. Back on road in 25 minutes to Pittsburgh. The onboard computer and the transmission sensor had stopped communicating. The quality of service really exceeded my expectations. That's why 10 years ago I switched dealerships and best switch I ever made. Thanks Moses!!!!!


Best online vehicle buying experience ever!

I inquired about a vehicle for sale at their dealership that I saw online. Scott (sales) called me and thoroughly went over the entire vehicle with me on the phone and even took it for a test drive while I was still on the phone with him. He sent me detailed pictures of any area of concern that he felt I might want to see and helped line up everything to get the deal done. Tim (finance) got all of the purchasing side of things lined up and ready for when I got there. I flew to their location and the vehicle was just as described. Well worth the almost 1,000 mile trip home in my new vehicle!


Good Service

Joe, the service tech was very helpful and explained the problem fully. The timelines given were accurate and the communications were regular and clear. He had to search for the part, since the car was an early model, and did not stop until he had the problem resolved. I have no fear of returning here to get my Cadillac serviced if it is required.

Saved our vacation

Our 2016 Cadillac CTS lost brake power on the highway north of Charleston heading to North Carolina. Jimmy Smith was kind and understood our situation and found a way to squeeze us in to look at the issue. Jackie was our manager who took it a step further and not only arranged for a rental car if we were to need it but then let us know the mechanic determined the issue and the part was available. They got us back on the road that day AND worked with our warranty company to ensure I only had to pay the deductible. Thanks Jimmy and Jackie. You saved our vacation.

Recent Body Shop Work

Service department, body shop and sales are second to none. Recently had some body work done on one of my vehicles. Work was completed on time and most importantly looked like new.
