    Zack took great care of me. Officiant and ready to greet me upon arrival for my appointment. Asked if I needed shuttle service back to work and followed... up during the day via text. The shuttle was timely and I appreciate the service to & from the dealership. Your driver is friendly. Fantastic service as always. Great Team all around! Happy Holiday!

From the first call to Rick until his review of all the onboard... systems with me and my wife, Rick was a pleasure to deal with, honest, fair and operating in the interest of Lithia, and us.     Luis was great to work with. I brought my truck in to get serviced; oil change, recalls, check engine light, fuel sensor error. Luis called and said the... gas tank was cracked and that there's not estimation of when new tank would be in. Luis tried to help obtain a rental without me even asking which was a nice gesture. Luis made an effort to try and call almost every day. The repair took longer than I thought it should, but that's not on Luis.

    2017 RAM Rebel. Latest - recall for cruise control and gear selector. Vehicle returned wtih navigation system into. It shows vehicle 40 miles west of... actual location and doesnt provide navigation direction at all. Previous to this vehicle spent 27 days in service in first month after purchase for a factory wiring harness issue, would not start. Has a persistent rattle in drivers side rear seat seatbelt panel. Drivers side RAMBOX doesnt shut flush to bed rail, is visibly cockeyed.

    Zack Sheets was great. Very presentable and knowledgeable. Service was good but my auto start option will not work on my key any more. Had a oil change... and fuel change. Zack allowed the use of fuel filters that I brought With me. Also had a software upgrade done and auto does not work now.
