Called their service department to inquire about whether

Called their service department to inquire about whether my 2022 F350 is in need of an oil change. If you can believe it, the service representative told me he was legally not allowed to answer this question. I told him my truck has one of their service stickers on my windshield, but I'm not sure how to interpret it, and I just wanted to be sure I'm maintaining my warranty. He again told me he can't answer me. I said you're not very helpful...he rudely hung up on me.

No markup for Bronco

Honest and trustworthy dealership, as promised, they complied with the no mark-up charge to my ordered 2022 Bronco. I learned from the Bronco forum that other dealerships still charge mark up of 15 - 20 grand even though they promised not to charge it.

Great experience

We purchased a used 2016 Ford Explorer from Ron Dupratt Used Cars in Vacaville. Our experience was excellent. Our dealer rep was Debby Stevens and the experience could not have gone better. She was attentive, knowledgeable and transparent. The deal we negotiated was fair and they were quick with the paperwork. I would definitely purchase from Ron Dupratt Used Cars again.

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase.

Debby Stevens was knowledgeable about the Mercedes she showed us. She was very friendly on our test drive and in the office. Went out of her way to drive to DuPratt’s other location to get extra set of keys for us. Love the car! Will recommend her and DuPratt’s financial manager as well.

Junk used cars

We bought a used 2013 ford from them 3 years ago. It has only been 3 years and we very had to put good money for a bad car. Check engine light was on and off, a couple of months after we bought it it had a cracked axel. Now, the transmission went out not to mention it needs new tire rods, cv boots, and all this comes to around $8000 which I can’t afford since I depended on this car to get me to work. Now I can’t get to work and We still owe over $4000 for this price of junk! I will never go back to this place, they sold us a lemon and I will be contacting an attorney!!!

I have Ron Dupratt Ford service my truck even though I didn't purchase it from them. At the time I needed a truck, they did not have what I needed although there were a couple coming in but it would be several weeks before and I needed to replace my then current truck immediately. My brother on the other hand did purchase his work/utility truck from them and they even delivered it to his home in Santa Rosa. I have had excellent service from Ron Dupratt Ford every time and they never try to "upsell" me services that isn't necessary. This is truly one of the most honest dealers I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with dozens over the years. Honesty , integrity and trust is earned and they certainly have earned it with me.

We had a wonderful experience here last weekend. We worked with Shannon Poteet and Erin Brey. Since we live in central CA, my husband began the process through email with Shannon. Everything went exactly how we hoped it would and our entire two hours at the dealership was enjoyable and positive. Not a single negative things to say. We drove home in my dream car! Next time we get a new car, the first thing I will do is see if Shannon is still working here because she’s simply the best. When I told my parents about our experience, my dad asked me if I personally knew someone there because it was obvious we were treated like family. Thanks, Ron DuPratt Ford. You took what we thought would be an anxiety-inducing purchase and turned it into a dream!

Oil change

My car needed an oil change so the dealership arranged to pick up my car in the morning and return it to me in the afternoon after the service was completed. They also rotated the tires and checked for any other issues. It worked out great!

Great vehicle and customer service!

I enjoy the ease of scheduling, affordability, and attention to detail given each time my vehicle goes in for scheduled service and maintenance. The shop sticks to the timeline and the service advisor provides valuable information. Kudos to the cast members seldom seen by the motoring public but actually the ones that make things happen...The technicians and Master mechanics! Great job!
