The Long and winding road

What a huge mistake should of went with the Chevy Equinox I ended up with a car nowhere’s near what I wanted and then after the fact all you get is a song snd a dance


The people who helped me are awesome

I came never even thinking I was going to get approved but I left with a good car and a fair deal. The salesperson and management were very helpful.

This is my 4th vehicle from Holly Kia...4th time I've been lucky enough to work w Brandon Elliott... he will find the right car everytime...makes the buying experience fun...goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy


Great Expereince

I brought my car in for an oil change and a routine check. I was greeted by name with no wait. The car had done a lot of long distance traveling in the days leading up to this visit and was unusually dirty having had four people riding and on several cases meals being eaten while on the road. The dealership always does a free wash and quick vacuum but this time the car needed more and they did it without my asking. Our local car washes could learn from the dealership.


Bad customer service

I had an appointment at 8:45 to have my car serviced. At two in the afternoon l called they have not even started. I picked up the car and found the coupon I left on the dashboard on the floor it was worth $30.75. I guess I have to find someone to services my car. When I called no one answered the phone two people were in the office when I was there. What ever happened to good service no one seems to care. Maybe I could find a local guy that noes how to keep an appointment. I'm done with Holly KIA

This is an update to a review from AlexMD on 09/14/2018. The dealer has worked with us to find a solution to the issue mentioned and one has been found that all have agreed upon. We are happy to have the dealer work with us to get this issue resolved.


Worst place ever!!

Bought a used car, drove it to college 2 weeks after buying it and now it won’t start! Called dealership because it’s supposedly “under warranty” and they won’t do anything to help me out. I go to college in New York! They won’t pay for towing the car back to delaware and can’t guarantee me that they will cover what’s wrong with the car! Management won’t return my calls and emails! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!



Why are all the reviews 5 years old every one I read was two thou San eleven up to twenty fourteen. Things have certainly changed since then


Was looking for used and walked out with NEW!!

Great service..helpful employees...good experience. We went in looking at used cars and were able to walk out with a BRAND NEW FORTE S. Love the car!! Very happy with the service!!


Our lease was up on our 2016 sorento

No pressure sales at all . Our sales person was great. He went out of his way to make the purchase of the new vehicle easy. I would recommend holly Kia to everyone.
