I had bought my 2010 Impala from Dennis Lohe 3 years ago. My sister and her husband have always bought from Riley’s and trust them and they were right.... Even though I live in Kansas City I know I get the best deal at Riley’s. So when I ready I emailed Dennis and told him what I wanted based on inventory on website and year end deals. I was upside down in my payments on the Impala and new I needed to trade it in! Everyone there worked with me and I LOVE my Equinox! Never once did I feel pressured by Dennis or other staff. They gave me best deal possible in the Impala and let my sister and I test drive around town on our own. Again that’s why I come to Riley’s!! My first new car, only 7 miles when we first test drove it. Since the two weeks I have had it, I have not been disappointed in my choice! Thanks again to all the guys at Riley’s, especially Dennis Lohe. I know I can still call him anytime if I have a question!

Overall, I have had good, solid service from the dealership. Small details have been missed during some instances where larger jobs consumed most of the... time but they were minor enough that I did not feel the need to bring them to the service manager's attention.
