I purchased a new 2020 Ford Edge that in 2 months my wife drove for a total of about 3 weeks and was very patient until the owner made some rude comments... and next thing you know he refuses to sell us a new car and make it right and he even told my I was rude to a salesman that I have never talked to and also to the finance guy because I told him the car was junk. I tried to work with them but the owner is only looking out for his profits. I highly recommend finding another dealership one that will take car of you as a customer and stand behind their product.
Hi Chris Knight. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify. We don't build them, we only sell them and we did everything in our power to satisf...y you. Steve, our owner, sat down with you and contacted Ford who offered to make sure you were not one penny short and not losing any money to get you out of the Edge that was causing you trouble. Instead of the same type vehicle you had, you wanted a more expensive model. Since you wanted a more expensive SUV, a Ford Explorer. It would cost $4500 more. We called Ford who offered an additional $2000 discount, So you could get out of the Edge and into an Explorer. Afterwards, you told the Ford rep you wanted to buy elsewhere, which is perfectly fine. Your neighbor called in and cussed out our receptionist. You cussed at our General Manager, owner and Vice President, when all we looked to do was help. Our employees are valuable to us and do not deserve verbal abuse. We wish you all the luck in your future vehicle shopping, elsewhere.

long wait for parts and repair. no loaner vehicle for11 days, had to take back fusion very same day I picked it up, after paying 2000.00 dollars, because... I got the same alrms of the problem I went in to get repaired , shocked and dissappointed,then had to spend another 700.00 for couple things they should have caught. How would you feel? also, there was a Recall for this problem, but dealer said car had too many miles to do recall repair work. Hard to believe that is right. I wish I could get some of recall service paid for!
Hi Tony. The manufacturer has control over recalls, not us personally. We are at their mercy just like you. The recall cut off for this 2011 Fusion wa...s at 8 years or 100K miles. Your grandsons car has over 150K miles on it. We provide loaners as a courtesy when we can, however it is not something we can always do depending on whether we have a car available. Most dealers do not offer them at all. We did offer to do the second repair at no labor cost to you if you covered the parts. Again the recall standards are set by Ford and beyond our companies control, so I am disappointed to see that held against us. Regardless we appreciate your business and thank you for your feedback.

My truck was in for warranty service. It took a hair longer to process me in and find out the part was not available that day then I thought it should... other than that good service.
