    I filled my application on line to get a car.I have bad credit but Chris got me approved and even picked me up on his way to work and he sold me a New 2013 Chevy impala with no money down.I thought i would get a used not a new car. very nice people that work there

    I called piles to see if they had a certain Tahoe in stock which they did I drove from rising sun Indiana to check it out the staff was very friendly and the buying process was so easy was hard to believe I was buying a new car they closed at 8pm but my salesman was still with me at 930pm making sure we understood our new Tahoe I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a car or truck to give piles a look

    I recently purchased my 4th vehicle from piles Chevrolet. I have been buying new and used vehicles from piles since 2010 and continue to go back because of the service and pressure free environment. i walked in looked at two similar cars that my wife and i were interested in. With in a few hours walked out with our new car, old one traded in, and financed. The whole process is hassle free and pressure free. They give you all the information they have on the car as far as history of the vehicle, their inspection sheet, and any service work they have done. I continue to go back because of their service and the fact that i know I'm not gonna get some high pressure sales pitch or if the vehicle is not what i want, i am not going to get 10,000 phone calls, text messages and emails over the next 2 weeks trying to get me to come back in. The whole process they have is hassle free. Thanks again Piles and Dan Walston

    I contacted Piles yesterday to confirm a vehicle I was interested in was in stock and that they were willing to sell at the price point I had established. Sadly, I was informed communicative negotiation was a business model that does not work over the phone. Specifically told that people do not buy cars over the phone. I feel certain the dealers, of which I have purchased 4 cars with, over the past year would question Mr. Adams statement as they were all purchased this way. Had he probed slightly, he may have understood my commitment to managing the organization I run significantly limits my "free" time resulting in many transactions that begin over the phone. Further insulting my intelligence, I was then told we have been doing this 50+ years and we know what we are doing. I guess the fact that I run a 60 million dollar organization and have done so for over 20 years is sheer happen chance. Lastly, I reached my tipping point when Mr. Adams, stated that the deal I was pursuing at another car lot didn't exist. Simply stated he insulted my integrity. Unfortunately his lack of resourcefulness stemmed from only searching their website at which he stated my claim was not factual. Had he asked if I had any supporting documentation for a similarly priced vehicle with 10K less miles than Piles, I would have been happy to both scan the quote I received or forward the email from the dealership outlining this and illustrating his lack of investigation in the sales process. Instead, he explained to me that they do their research and are the lowest priced dealership in a 200 mile radius. Doug Adams, you are where you need to be. You lack of effort and condescending approach would not last 24 hours in my organization.

    After calling the call center to confirm the car we were interested in was still on the lot and to confirm which dealership the car was located, we drove 1.5 hours to see the car in Dry Ridge. Once we got there we asked for Aaron, as we were instructed to do, who immediately told us Kale would be taking care of us. After looking at a car on the lot other than the car we were most interested in, we asked to see the specific car we called about. Kale then told us that car had been sold, the previous day! The lack of professionalism by Aaron the manager to pass us off to an obviously new and inexperienced salesman to tell us they had given us really bad information and to not even attempt to make this bad situation better is beyond unprofessional and bad business. I understand mistakes happen, but I understand even better how to try and correct a bad situation. There was no attempt at sales recovery or to turn a negative situation into a positive or to make this bad situation right. As we got into our car to leave the young salesperson simply said "I am really glad I am not the one who told you the car was still on the lot!" Absolutely one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had!! I am now buying a brand new car from different Chevrolet dealer, a deal they could have had if they would have handled this situation right!!n Not an ounce of salesmanship or professional behavior demonstrated during this experience. From a very disappointed new car buyer. It is easy to get good reviews when there are no problems, successful businesses depend on how well they handle the mistakes!!!

    Found a truck on cars.com. E-mailed Piles Chev. and they responded within hour and set up an appointment to test drive. Very professional, not the typical pushy used car salesman. One of the better dealership experiences in the Cincinnati metro area. Guys were very friendly. I would go back there again. Only knock is that the offices were older, but Piles Chev. is building a new dealership close to I-75.
