Had rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Price and service were good and quick return. Employees were very nice to deal with.

I've bought over 18 vehicles from this dealership over the last 13 years. The sales people tell you upfront what they want for the car without all the... back and forth games, there are no gimmicks etc. The finance guy Mike, will shop around and get you the best rate possible as well as present you with several financing options. I have always been treated well and will continue to do all of my business there.
This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Earl Floyd Ford. I would recommend them to anyone looking for car/truck as they will work to help you find... the vehicle that meets your needs.
The wait was 2 hours for quick lube. That was total time. I arrived 15 minutes before opened and 5 or 6 people already there. Need soft drinks or coffee... or water while waiting.

I have shopped at Earl Floyd several times over the years and have received good friendly service. Recently our daughter bought a vehicle and currently... I'm in the market for a truck. I'd love to see a little better selection and better price of what you do have but I guess you can't help the inventory. All the people there are helpful and try and help as much as they can. Brook is still a hoot, which is who I've dealt with the past several times. So keep up the good work but work on the prices,LOL. I'll be back to check around. For I still need a truck. But I do not believe in the chance for the $100. give card thing,sorry.

No hassles and easy to negotiate with, although the salesperson was occasionally difficult to find.
I've never been a big fan of "dealer service" departments as far as having my vehicle services done at one, choosing rather to do them myself, having a... background in auto mechanics. However, since i have gotten older, as well as being disabled now, i have come to the realization that, mechanics/technicians having been trained by the specific manufacturer, are extremely well qualified to take care of their own products. Now, having said this, i believe the good folks at Earl Floyd Ford are some of the best around. And i don't just mean sales people and mechanics/technicians; I mean as PEOPLE. These folks are just genuinely good folks and care, not only about their sales and service, not just about their products but, they care about those who enter their place of business. I have and, will continue, to recommend them to folks i know who are in the market for a new or used vehicle, for vehicle services and for parts of they choose to do it themselves. Keep up the good work.
