    I worked with Dave Pusa at Laura for the purchase of my 2016 GMC Canyon SLT 4x4. The price I found at Laura was ~$2,000 - $7,000 cheaper than anything else I could find online, so I was somewhat reluctant to believe it. I am from Kansas City, and was also unsure about driving to Collinsville, IL to purchase a truck. However, after calling Laura and speaking with Dave, I was assured that this deal was as good as it was going to get anywhere in the country. Even better, there were no qualifications for the advertised price, whatsoever. No financing, no trade-in, nothing! Dave answered all my questions thoroughly, and I drove to Laura the morning after first speaking with him. The process at the dealership was extremely painless as well. Including the 15 minutes I was 'test-driving' my truck, I was at the dealership for an hour and was on the road! No hassle at all! Thanks so much Dave for such an easy and great buying experience. By far the best I've seen! I would recommend you and Laura with the highest remarks!

    We went in to look at a Yukon Denali. We didn't even get a chance to look at the vehicles we intended to see. We spoke with a salesman who proceeded to ask if we intended to trade or purchase outright. When we said we intended to trade and the car was a lease, our salesman proceeded to say how difficult it is to get out of a lease. I've traded out of a lease on several occasions and know it really isn't that difficult. He then went to value the car and valued the car significantly below trade value. His rationale was that they discount their cars so heavily, they cannot negotiate trade in values. He told us to go back to the dealer we leased our car from and sell it outright. At this point, it was evident he wasn't interested in making a potential sale which seems counter productive to their business model. We never even got to look at the specific vehicles we made the trip to see, so it was a complete waste of time. Our salesman wasn't personable or even remotely authentic. My recommendation is to purchase or lease from a different dealership if you value customer service and your own personal time

    We bought a brand new 2017 GMC Terrain from Laura in mid February. After getting the vehicle home I noticed heavy scratches on the black hood. I immediately took pictures of the damage and forwarded them to the salesman. He assured me that the problem would be corrected. After three weeks they finally made time to look at the damage but couldn't commit to fixing it. We are going on six weeks now and nothing has been done. The only communication is when we call Laura and they tell me they don't have a solution yet. If your looking to buy a vehicle, prices are cheap but customer service is extremely poor!

    Way below on trade in value, so if you plan on trading in dont do anything here. And I came in on a monday and he said there might be a better deal tuesday morning and said he will call me then, nope never called. Terrible experience!!!

    Our salesman, JD, was so wonderful, patient & did a good job of explaining different things to us. Everyone, including the receptionists, were pleasant which helped make our new car experience great. We will definitely go back there again.

    Rudest and worst customer service ever salesman Codie left us sit for two hour by ourself refused to show my husband any other truck but the one he bought and no wonder it had 1100.00 dollars worth of repairs needed after we took it home the very next day Mary the complaint admitted it should never have been sold to us in condition it was in it should have been shipped to a wholesale lot but add said great condition they did fix it but did not fix the lock and window panel that came loose next day we asked for money back we put 4000 cash down for this vehicle the finance man passed us and my husband was upset and said there goes a thief and mike said yep I'm one of them very rude acted like they did us a favor we paid 14000 dollars for this truck oh and when we got it home that night had 12 pounds of air in tires wow

    It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Kyle Hutchason, is the absolute best of the best. Since I lived 2 hours away we did a lot of the shopping/questions over the phone. He found me a better deal than what I had come up to look at that I had seen online. Highly recommended Salesman and Dealership!

    About a week ago, we went to Laura GMC looking for a new car. Specifically we wanted a 2017 Acadia. On line, Laura's prices could not be beat and were consistently $3-$5,000 less than comparable Acadia models in the the area. We met with Dave Pusa and gave him our list of options and budget. While we were there, he hit the mark with every option we requested and within our budget...except color. We really wanted either the Black Cherry or Blue Sapphire. Laura did not have one in stock within our budget, so, we asked Dave to let us know when Laura could get an Acadia in Black Cherry or the blue within our budget. Dave kept in contact and let us know we were looking at the end of February to get an Acadia that met all the requirements. We were content to wait, then something unexpected happened. On the First of February, he texted me with news of a new GMC incentive that brought a Black Cherry Acadia Denali Laura had in stock within our budget. So we went to Laura after lunch see this Denali. It was perfect, and the only Black Cherry Acadia within our budget and provided more than what we were looking for. Long story short, we bought it, and even better, the whole process went quick. We left Laura GMC with the new Denali in time to pick up our kids from school some 30 miles away. Dave Pusa did an excellent job! He listened to what we wanted, did not try to pressure us into something above our budget and delivered. Dave's easy-going, honest and direct approach will earn him our repeat business! With sales staff like Dave, it is no surprise Laura Buick GMC is one of the leading dealerships in the nation.     Never received my paperwork to legalize my vehicle. Getting the run around, I'm being told they have the paperwork and will send it out buuuuut, its been weeks and still don't have them. I'm in talks now with my Credit Union to return the vehicle. This is ridiculous.
