    I worked with Dave Pusa at Laura for the purchase of my 2016 GMC Canyon SLT 4x4. The price I found at Laura was ~$2,000 - $7,000 cheaper than anything else I could find online, so I was somewhat reluctant to believe it. I am from Kansas City, and was also unsure about driving to Collinsville, IL to purchase a truck. However, after calling Laura and speaking with Dave, I was assured that this deal was as good as it was going to get anywhere in the country. Even better, there were no qualifications for the advertised price, whatsoever. No financing, no trade-in, nothing! Dave answered all my questions thoroughly, and I drove to Laura the morning after first speaking with him. The process at the dealership was extremely painless as well. Including the 15 minutes I was 'test-driving' my truck, I was at the dealership for an hour and was on the road! No hassle at all! Thanks so much Dave for such an easy and great buying experience. By far the best I've seen! I would recommend you and Laura with the highest remarks!

    Interaction was non existent. All personnel acted as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a vehicle. They acted as if they had no time for me. If I hadn't traveled 825 miles to get there from New York I would have turned around and walked out.

    After local dealers gave us the same old dance, here are pictures of the car you want, but we have to order it in, and you have to agree to buy it, at a very small discount, a friend suggested we call Laura. Pow-Bam-Wow, the dealership had 247 Buick Encore's and one just like we wanted. We were told to wait three days for a super sales price, the sales representative called that morning with the news of $12,000 off MSRP. It was a no brainer, we drove the five hours one way that day, picked up the new car in (for real) one hour in the dealership. These folks have figured out how to sell cars the way it should be done. A+++++++++

    Getting through the purchase was fine. The vehicle showed up and had a spot of bird crap that etched the clear coat and had to be rubbed out by a local collision repair shop. There was also tape and spots that the detail shop should have picked up. When someone is paying a lot of money for vehicles they are very proud of their decision, and want it to be immaculate. When you have a bunch of kids detailing and I actually saw one driving the truck I purchase coming down the road from getting gas and the car wash on his cell phone which is against Illinois State law I feel that there needs to be better controls in place.

    We went in to look at a Yukon Denali. We didn't even get a chance to look at the vehicles we intended to see. We spoke with a salesman who proceeded to ask if we intended to trade or purchase outright. When we said we intended to trade and the car was a lease, our salesman proceeded to say how difficult it is to get out of a lease. I've traded out of a lease on several occasions and know it really isn't that difficult. He then went to value the car and valued the car significantly below trade value. His rationale was that they discount their cars so heavily, they cannot negotiate trade in values. He told us to go back to the dealer we leased our car from and sell it outright. At this point, it was evident he wasn't interested in making a potential sale which seems counter productive to their business model. We never even got to look at the specific vehicles we made the trip to see, so it was a complete waste of time. Our salesman wasn't personable or even remotely authentic. My recommendation is to purchase or lease from a different dealership if you value customer service and your own personal time

    We bought a brand new 2017 GMC Terrain from Laura in mid February. After getting the vehicle home I noticed heavy scratches on the black hood. I immediately took pictures of the damage and forwarded them to the salesman. He assured me that the problem would be corrected. After three weeks they finally made time to look at the damage but couldn't commit to fixing it. We are going on six weeks now and nothing has been done. The only communication is when we call Laura and they tell me they don't have a solution yet. If your looking to buy a vehicle, prices are cheap but customer service is extremely poor!
