    Recently bought a pre-owned 2011 dodge Journey and it was an amazing experience. Bob Christenson my sales representative was great. He and the pre-owned Manager Charlie Goss really took care of us and got us a wonderful deal. Colleen the GM was also great and came by to spoke to us and showed us around and had a good time while waiting for finance and again really improved upon the buying experience. I came out with zero buyers remorse and totally plan to buy from them again one day.

    Pain free process. My sister found her used car on Cars.com sent a message to the dealer. We set a test drive up with Eric and took it for a spin. Deal was made quickly to my sisters liking as she had her car in no more than two hours transaction time, start to finish. I plan on checking them out when it's my turn to buy a vehicle in a few months.

    Although I ended up not buying a car from this dealership, Michael Richey and Jeff McAdams were very responsive and attentive to my needs. They seemed to be thorough professionals who felt a real commitment to their customers and I recommend that any potential car buyers in their area check them out.

    I purchased a 2016 Dodge Dart on 4/8/16 with the help from Terry Harper and Keith Johnson. These 2 gentleman were very helpful and treated me like a family member! They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and just as excited as I was to get my into my car! The buying process was fast and painless! I could only put a 5 (the highest option available) but for these 2 guys and the company I would give 10+ across the board!!! Thank you Bales Motor company for a pleasant car buying experience. IF I ever give up my Dart (I'm LOVING it), I'll be back!

    Called twice to get my Jeep service under a recall. Talked to Sonny the first time and discussed the recall. I told me that he needed to finish what he was doing and put me on hold and never picked up again. 15 minutes later I was disconnected. I called back and was transferred to service but no one picked up. Tried again and same thing, no pick up. Called again a day later, transferred to service and no picked up. Who is this guy Sonny? Is he the best that they can find? I see that they haven't changed over the years. I bought a Nissan from them years back and the service was awful and couldn't fix the problem but sure charged dealer prices.. The only reason I was going to use them again is because they are the closest Jeep dealer for the trailer hitch fix. I think I'd rather burn up from a rear end collision than use them.

    Dontunderstand, I am sorry that you received such poor service from our service department. There is no excuse for that. We as well as many other dealers have been overwhelmed with the amount of recalls that the vehicle manufactures are putting out. We have increased staffing levels to try to handle the call volume and have increased the technical staff in order to complete these recalls. If I can be of assistance, please contact me directly.     My primary salesman was Terry with an assist from Mark. From the beginning Terry respected my desire to only communicate via email as I could not take personal calls during working hours. When I arrived for my appointment to test drive the car I was interested Terry was finishing a deal from the night before but Mark was outside, in the snow, with the car warmed and ready waiting for me. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although my trade in was valued less than I expected they walked me through their valuation process to my satisfaction. After that I was driving away in my new car in a little over an hour later. This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I have had over the 25 years of buying cars.

    Worst car buying experience ever! Treated like trash the first moment on the lot and when I did want to purchase a car was treated very poor during the buying procrss. The last straw was when the sales manager ridiculed me in front of other customers plus staff. Jokes on them as I was pre approved for more than the purchase price and bought else where. Buyer beware!

    Eric Borden made our buying experience so wonderful! It took many years for my parents to finally decide to buy a new car. My parents are elderly and needed someone that would be patient and understanding as Eric! He was so professional and went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable and understand all the features the car offered. He was VERY honest and caring which is not the same behavior we experienced from their competitors. Eric is a true role model for others in the industry and is the Biggest asset Bales could have! Mom loves her new accent Hyundai! Eric made us feel like family and even shared some delicious homemade cupcakes that his wife made-yummy...what a sweet deal! We felt right at home! We cannot thank you enough Eric Borden and we'll tell all our friends and family about our wonderful experience! Also, his sales manager was very courteous. Your pricing is unbeatable! Thank you for caring about us!

    I found the Jeep that I wanted at Bales through the Cars.com website and even though it was a hundred miles away, it was worth the trip. I was able to get the car for the internet advertised price and the purchasing process was smooth and quick.
