I was a little disappointed because we were unable to come to a deal where we both were happy. Besides that this place is pretty good. I have been to a few dealerships these past few days and by far this is the best. They have been the most transparent and not pushy at all. They don’t waste your time by telling you how they will blow away the Competition and then give you this crazy number. The people that work there are also pretty cool.

New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
Disappointed: I am sorry we were unable to earn your business. I respect that you were shopping for the best price. Shopping in this market can be confusing and misleading. There can be more to a good deal than just the selling price. Trade-in value and interest rates are ways other dealers can make up for low offers. Down to business
Initially when we arrived, no one helped us and we actually wanted help. One person did acknowledge us and said he would let someone know we needed assistance as he was with a client. The other person that was with a client and right by us said nothing. It wasn't a big deal because usually we are attacked when we go on a lot...this was polar opposite. The man who acknowledged us came back out, noticed that we still hadn't been helped and said he could help us know since he was done with his client. We really appreciated that he initially just said something to us and didn't just ignore us. His name was Seamus, not sure of the spelling.
Service was completed in the amount of stated by advisor.

just plain blew me off
I'm disappointed in the internet sales department. I spoke to one guy a couple times and then he just stopped replying to me. I will be going elsewhere to buy my next vehicle.
How dealerships should treat customers!
I went in, expressed exactly what my family wanted/needed, and the fair price we would pay. We were in and out in less than two hours, without having to deal with any bull haggling! It was actually refreshing.
Elvis was our Service contact for our last visit and he was the best! There was a tear in the leather of our ATS where there was a crease in the leather. The ATS is only 2.5 years old and we were not happy about the leather deteriorating. Thanks to Elvis, the tear was going to be a one-time, non-warranty fix that the dealer was going to pay for. As it wasn't a warranty item, they weren't going to give us a loaner car so we made arrangements to rent a car at our expense. Elvis didn't want us to have to do that so he went above and beyond getting me a loaner car. The loaner car was a 2016 SRX which is the next car we were considering purchasing. I got to test out the SRX for 2-days and I am sold! Told my husband that my next car purchase will be an SRX in July. Without Elvis' help, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to test out the SRX. And honestly, after the leather repair and needing new tires at 26K miles, I wasn't going to be looking at Cadillac for my next car. Without Elvis, Cadillac would have lost a customer!
