2012 Mustang

Great purchase experience. I traveled 2 hours to purchase a Mustang I had found online. I called to verify that it was still available and spoke with Mical McEuen. He verified it was still available and answered all of my iniitial questions. I was driving all over the Centeral Inninois area to find a Mustang of my liking as I had just sold my car. When I arrived Mical greeted me and showed me the car. It was very nice as he had described. After a 360 review, I took it for a drive and was happy. We very quickly came to an agreed upon price. The car was advertised very fairly so reaching an agreement was easy. All I saw was one small decal issue which Mical said he would get addressed. The following Friday I took the train down to Alton and Mical very graciously picked me up from the station. The car was ready, so it was a matter of just some paperwork to complete. Going beyond what you often see today, the tank was full. Pleasant surprise. Mical also stepped up and authorized me to get a second key made at home at the dealer's expense when we discovered the second key was not available. Cool! Summary: Great car! Great price! Great experience! Recommend asking for Mical when you go in.

Great sales service

My overall experiences have been of the top quality including service, personnel. My buying experience has always been easy and upfront. Holly Lyon made my buying experience smooth and easy. I would highly recommend her to family and friends when looking to buy a new vehicle and or used. Holly Lyon and Cassens are always my first choice when looking to purchase.

Experience purchasing my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited

On June 10th I visited the Chrysler Dealership Cassens & Sons. I was in need of a new car and fell in love with the 2015 Chrysler 200. Holly Lyon was my sales associate and she was very helpful with helping me find the best deal. We went through several of my options and looked for all the rebate and discounts I was qualified for. She provided me her Cell phone number and advised me to call her or Text her with any questions and or concerns I have. I have taken her up on that offer and she was very helpful in getting me the answer to my question. I also appreciated her approach in selling vehicles by letting the cars sell themselves and not hovering when I was doing my original research on what I would like to get. Thank you for the great experience in purchasing my vehicle and look forward to getting my vehicles maintenance service done there.

my new jeep grand Cherokee

Steve lane was awesome...he made the buying process go very smoothly and actually spent a good 30 to 45 min after my purchace to explain all the features and how to work everything. I felt like a knew my car when i left. Thanku so much steve lane i appreciate it and absolutely love my car!!!

Excellent Service!!

The experience with all of the employees at Cassens was great. A special mention to my salesman Mical McEuen and assistance from Steve Bangert. I looked Saturday for a new truck. I told Mical I wanted to bring my spouse by Sunday to see it. He parked the truck at the building under the canopy in case it rained. He worked closely with me to make sure I had all the features I wanted, and was even willing to install my new navigator himself if no one was available. Great job to the whole Cassens crew. Start to finish was smooth.

Great Experience

This was my second Dodge Ram 1500 purchased from Cassens, Holly did everything she could do to find me a Laramie Eco Diesel with the options I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and made the purchase a enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend any one looking to by a Dodge, Jeep or Ram truck check out Cassens.

Great Experience

I have been buying Dodges since 1968. We are from Greenville and no longer have a dealership here. We come to Edwardsville quite a bit and usually drive through your lot while in town. This last time we drove through and spotted a bright red Dodge Nitro. Steve Lane came out and readily gave us the key to test drive it. Meanwhile he watched our dog that was left in our Dodge truck with the a/c running. We weren't driving the car that day that we were interested in trading, but that didn't stop Steve from starting the negotiation process, which took a couple days, all the while still not seeing the trade in. He could easily have sold this sharp looking SUV to someone else, but he worked hard to earn our trust and ultimately put us first time customers in the vehicle. We were completely happy during the entire process, including purchasing an extended warranty that was designed to suit our specific needs. We are happy we have finally found another great sales person and dealership.

PPleasant Experience

Salesperson Holly Lyons was knowledgeable. She answered every question we asked. She showed different vehicles and explained the difference in options packages. Paper work was prepared quickly. No pressure. Delivery of the car was smooth. She walked me through the features and again answered my questions.

In and out in less than 45 min.

I contacted Steve Lane about a used car. I came in for a test drive and negotiated the price in 30 minutes. I was in rush so had to leave. Financing was done over the phone, and when I came in to pick up the car I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Steve is the BEST to work with. Low-key, no pressure and works with you to get what you want. Could not recommend a dealer and a sales rep more.
