We have purchased cars and SUVs from Bill Rogge and Long McArthur for over 20 years. We have come to value the relationship even more with the passage of time. Trust is a difficult thing to give but this dealership has earned it, from Tim Ohlde in the Service Department to Bill Rogge in Sales to North McArthur as owner.

Drove from western Kansas to Long McArthur because we

Drove from western Kansas to Long McArthur because we were interested in seeing the 2023 Ford Tremor Maverick. Upon arriving we were greeted by Jeff Hamilton. Jeff was friendly and professional. We told him of our desire to see the Maverick Tremor and he took us to the vehicle for us to see. While we looked at the vehicle, he asked if we would be interested in seeing the interior and possibly taking it for a test drive. We said sure and he promptly went to get the keys and brought the truck to us near the sales area. We took the vehicle out for a short test drive and upon our returned he asked if we like the truck. We said yes and that we needed a moment to talk it over. Jeff did not pressure us but simply told us to take the time we needed. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, Jeff made the purchase process very easy. He also answered all the questions we had about the vehicle. Jeff also called on Niles Gridley to explain the appearance protection package in detail. Niles was very thorough with the protection package details as well as very pleasant. Once we were ready to see Alex Gershon, Jeff again was very attentive and had Alex come to us. Alex took us to his office where he too was very professional. He was thorough with all the financials and service contracts available to us for the vehicle were about to purchase. All in all, we were very satisfied with our purchase experience at Long McArthur and it was because of your team of professionals. Please thank them for us!!! We will definitely recommend family, friends and others to purchase their next vehicle at Long McArthur.

Called this dealer today for VIN: 3FTTW8G90PRA03621 Stock #: 23056T Model Code: W8G . I spoke to Kristina Allen, she told me the dealer car price was $47K, when I told her that was a $9K markup! she just hang up on me, this people are very crude and rude! I mean, $9K markup is by definition a rip-off. Then I saw a video podcast of this "Tim Bartz" about "Ford Price Protection Programs" LOL That's hypocrisy on steroids!

I was impressed with Mike who was knowledgeable, cordial and not pushy. I had a great experience buying a car at Long McArthur

I had a great experience buying a car at Long McArthur Ford, Salina KS. I drove all the way from Kansas City as this dealership has more car choices and better prices. The service was prompt, the usual price negotiation took place but was not too painful. Lonnie Smith was assisting me. He is an excellent salesman: professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I would recommend this dealership and Lonnie. I would do business there again.

Above and beyond service received from Darren Barnhart

Above and beyond service received from Darren Barnhart and his staff. Will be recommended highly! After taking my daughter's car to another Ford dealership, it came out in worse shape than when we left it each time. When she literally broke down in Long McArthur dealership, they went out of their way to research the problem and fix the car. Not just due an incomplete and quick repair like the Oklahoma dealership. They not only fixed the car, but replaced parts that were damaged by the other dealership. My faith in ford has been renewed due to Darren B. We will be back!
