Horrible! Was there for 3 hours for an oil change and simple maintenance work. My mainentance package comes with tire pressure check, oil change, and fluid... level check. After 2 hours, I was told that my car was ready. Before I signed the paperwork, I verified that my air filter and wiper blades were changed as this was part of my mileage oil change on my package. I was informed no and that they would take care of that right away. The man at the customer service desk called the the person who had worked on my car to the bay area. Informed him (in front of me) what else needed to be done and asked that it was done quickly so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer. After waiting another hour and me complaining on what took so long, I got my car. But let me tell you, the tires were not rotated nor filled up. I know this for a fact because my 2 front tires need to have air put in them every couple of days. I purposely did not put air in the tires that morning thinking that the dealership would take car of it. An overall check was not done on the car as they usually do. This is unacceptable.

it was good because I could used the computer to passed away the time but sometime it get to long of a wait
This is now my second purchase from Paul Cerame...the first time (in about 40 years of car buying) that I purchased a second car from the same dealership.... Their salespeople are no-nonsense, low pressure and can negotiate prices quickly. They are helpful and friendly. Prices are good and service is better.

I have a 2019 Kia Optima and took it for a oil change when I left I notice there was no new oil sticker on my windshield. And my steering wheel is now... making noises right after I left. Now I have to set another appointment and it took me 2 weeks to get that oil change because they had no opening.

Staff are open, courteous, and will not give you the run-around. Sales agents will be up front if they think you are making a poor investment given your... current financial situation. While this could be frustrating for some, I think that it shows how they are truly interested in your well-being as a customer.

Online appointment scheduling is ridiculous and inaccurate. Can no longer pick your appointment day or time. After you try to make an appointment online... they have to call you and schedule over the phone. Almost three weeks for an oil change. Been happy going there even before it was Cerame. Quick lane service is gone. Not happy about the changes. Use to be easy, no longer is.

My wife and I was looking to buy a used car, We originally went back to the car dealership where we bought our Jeep Patriot, they were insisting we get... a new car, but that?s not what we wanted to do. But then when we found the used SUV that my wife wanted in which she adored, but it needed tires. She didn?t know that I had been looking else where. She got frustrated with me because I didn?t want to get the SUV and then have to buy four new tires. They wouldn?t make a deal with us even though we bought two cars from them in the past. So I told her that I have a surprise for her that I think she will love. I have already been talking with Matt Brock who was our salesmen at Paul Cerame I told him exactly what I was looking for and what my price range were and he was really awesome in making that happen, I would most definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. Oh and by the way my wife loves her used Ford Escape, and we didn?t even have to buy any tires.? Matt Brock is the man!!!
Everything went very well. We waited for about 3 hrs. Then we were provided a auto to use until they gave us a call. We have not had any issues since... the service was done. We got our car back the next day.
