d request an oil change and tire rotation that was customer pay. The issue that you are referring to was your concern about a rough idle, which we did diagnose as your car needing new spark plugs. Unfortunately, the diagnosis of a non-covered item, and maintenance items such as plugs are not covered by the warranty or extended warranty would be the customer's responsibility.
