    My husband to my 3500HD duramax to this location due to engine light coming on. The truck is 3 years old and has less than 30,000 miles on it. Repair guy placed it on computer and told him there were 3 codes and never told him what the codes were. I felt this was unprofessional, he did mention that one of the codes was not under warranty which o find hard to believe because it's still under warranty. Called no answer 3x, asked to speak with manager and he said he would LOOK INTO IT. Horrible service Dept.

    Just wanted to say how helpful Jason Martin was in helping us get our car. Had trouble in St Louis with our dealership and Jason went over and above to get the Camaro for us. Within 12 hours of speaking with Jason he did everything I had asked him to do. Jason even sent pictures of the car. We drove from St Louis to pick up the Camaro and everything went very well. Jason is a great asset to your dealership. Thanks Michael & Tammy Schreiber Thanks again Jason for all your help

    I had a very horrible experience with this dealer. I was on vacation out of town. I happened to find a vehicle on their website at another of their locations. I called and talked to a gal who said the vehicle was still available and that the price was correct. She also informed me she could have it sent to the Bedford location by the time we were scheduled to be back from vacation. She also wanted me to put 10% down on the vehicle to hold it for me. I in turn gave her a credit card to put the 10% down. 2 days before we were to be at the dealership about the car, I decided to call to be sure things were in order. To my dismay, I was informed there was a price discrepancy posted online. The dealership would NOT honor the price that was posted on their website. The sales rep said he tried to call, however he had my cell number and should have received my voicemail. I had no messages from him. The ONLY good part about this is they did not charge my card for the 10% down. I would not recommend this dealership, or at least not what is posted on their website.

    Came in with no appointment and car troubles. Service Manager got me squeezed in and assured me they would have me taken care of. Very comfortable waiting room, flat screen tv, free cookies with my coffee and fridge stocked with free water. I came in on my way out of town and Chris and his staff saved the day.

    My wife and I had been looking for a different vehicle for quite a while because our little pt cruiser just wasn't making it in an Indiana winter. We stopped in several dealerships and explained what we had to offer and what we needed. My wife and I didn't want to go back in debt, so we had cash and our vehicle for trade. The fact that we didn't want to take any loans from the bank was a turn off for most of the dealerships right off the bat and several of them took my phone number and I still haven't heard back from them to this day. Henry Hill at Hubler GM listened to everything my wife and I needed and found it for us within the week. There were other vehicles that he could have sold to us but he would actually check on the quality of the vehicle to make sure it was something that would last. I am very happy with the vehicle that was found and I was very happy with the service I received at Hubler GM, and would strongly recommend Henry Hill.

    Best Service experience ever, car was fixed same day and I didn't even purchase it there. Service Manager gave me a free shuttle ride and was very friendly, pleasure to deal with in a stressful time. Kudos to the whole staff at Hubler in Bedford, I will definitely be going back to that service dept.

    I've been shopping for a mint condition stick shift Crossfire conv. with low miles and a striking color combination for several months now. I have been focusing on dealers in a 250 mile radius. I found a car at this dealer and called in to request them to email some better quality pictures of the car. The pictures the dealer had on the site were of the car covered in raindrops and it was impossible to get a good look to evaluate if it was a re-paint or had any imperfections. During my first call to the dealer, I spoke with the lady who initially answered my call and requested the pictures. She said that wouldn't be a problem, but connected me to a sales person where I again requested better photos. She also mentioned this would not be a problem. I asked various questions about the car and let her know that I would be making a couple of hundred mile drive to see the car, so I wanted to know how flexible the price was. She indicated that I need to talk to the "sales executive specialist" or some such fancy sounding title. I spoke with this gentleman for a bit and let him know that I would need to see better photos before making the trip up there. I received no pictures that day but later the next day, in the afternoon, I get a call from a gentleman at the dealer asking if I will be out for their "cookout party" that weekend. I let him know that I've still not received the pictures that I had requested. Not a problem - he would ensure I received them... this was my 4th request for pictures. I log into their website and fill out the dealer request form and request (5th request) the owner to email pics. I get the same raindrop pics the next day! I laugh it off at this point as the service is a joke and I have given up. But I then I get a call from the dealer the next day to ensure everything is fine. I tell her the pics were the same terrible pics and she agrees and indicates they will have someone send better ones - (6th request). I get a voice mail the next day from their photo guy who says he will be emailing the pics. Another day goes by and no pics... But I get another call from the dealer a couple days later asking if all is well. I told her the story and let her know that I gave up...!! You cannot get any worse service anywhere.
