I highly recommend this business. I was completely impressed with Angelo, and the service department. Very knowledgable, reliable and honest. Angelo took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with available options from repair to replacement.

Completely satisfied. And happy with this experien

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. I know all things do not end this way. If you are in the area of Alton IL. Please give Tra and the staff an opportunity to serve you.

Poor customer service/service dept

Made a service appt for a water pump replacement that was under warranty. Was informed that a loaner vehicle would be available since it was under warranty. When I arrived for the appt and told the service professional Russell Windmiller about the loaner car, he smarted off several times insisting that they did not do that. I told him that the person on the phone said otherwise and argued about it in a very unprofessional way. Once the info was pulled up it showed that since it was under warranty that a loaner vehicle was available. No apology whatsoever was given to me.

I love the Acadia it’s a perfect size drives nice

Never purchasing another vehicle from Quality

Salesman promised me a second FOB on a low mileage 2015 ford taurus...DID NOT DELIVER. Sold me an aftermarket warranty...CAR WAS STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. When car was brought in for repairs...SENT TO FORD DEALERSHIP. Cost me $638 in rental because they had no loaner and the process of finding out it was still under factory warranty, taking to Ford dealership, them ordering parts and repairing took 2 weeks. Then they blamed the Ford dealership, although they SHOULD'VE known it was still under factory warranty before they ever sold the car. I love the car but the process of purchasing it from quality has caused a ton of stress on me. Not to mention I never received a second FOB and the salesman called me to ask if I'd give him a good review so he could gain financially, somehow.

Lance, I am sorry to learn of your vehicle problem. Your satisfaction is our highest concern. I interviewed our service manager to see what happened. It seems that although your Taurus was out of the factory, the mechanical problem was covered by a special coverage for your particular situation that is why we had to take it to the local Ford dealer. The extended warranty you purchased paid for 7 days of rental, the maximum allowed. $638 is very high for a week's rental. Please call me so we can confirm you were charged the correct amount. Concerning the key fob, if our salesman promised to get one for you, I will honor that. Please call me personally, and we can discuss it further. Cadillac CT6 2019 I love it

I’m from Chicago I saw Cadillac CT6 it’s very nice car they have and they send all papers to me to signed them overnight shipping I fly from Chicago to Tennessee And they send me a driver to pick me up from airport And took me to dealer Vip service And manager was waiting for me outside Super friendly and all of them was welcoming me And they offer me all help and I drove my beautiful CT6 All the way back to Chicago CADILLAC CT6 SUPER Cruise the best car owned ever
