    My son found a car that he had been looking for here and we were very happy with how the test drive and buying process went! They were not pushy and wanted... to make sure we were comfortable with our decision! Clean dealership with friendly people!

    The buying experience at Phil Long was great, but I only gave 4's because after we left realized that they did not fill up the gas tank and it was pretty... much empty. When you purchase a vehicle for $61,500 you would expect the gas tank to be full.

    With my recent retirement we are now a single income family and our 2007 vehicle is out of warranty and we had decided it is time to trade it in and purchase... a new vehicle or explore a lease option. This was our first lease purchase experience and your Chapel Hill's dealership Manager and our personal sales associate, Jessica Lamb were very helpful and patient as they answered all of our questions. We had expressed some concerns with the service at the dealership of our previous vehicle so it was appreciated that Jesse, our Sales Associate took the time to introduce us to the Service department employees and assure us about the level of service we would receive. Nadine Bateman was super helpful in sending me emails on available vehicles as we were making up our mind on the type of vehicle and dealership we would visit. Overall a great buying experience and we are looking forward to our next 3 years with our new Tucson!

    Often times, when we think of purchasing a vehicle, the process can be stressful for a number of reasons. We started the process at the beginning of Covid,... before the stay at home orders had started. When we arrived at Phil Long Hyundai, we were greeted by Victor. Immediately (like most people), we told him we were just looking and getting more information on a Hyundai Palisade. Victor let us know there was no pressure, and we made it clear we were not buying that day. Even knowing this, he still took his time with us and did a test drive. We left with an idea of what the numbers might be and that we would think about it. Very shortly after that, stay at home orders were issued. When the dealerships opened back up, we mentioned that we would rather wait for the 2021?s to come out and purchase then. Victor was great and called us as soon as the color combo we wanted came out. With the new norm, let me preface by saying that Phil Long Hyundai?s team are taking Covid cleanliness very seriously. They have sanitizer available upon entry and all the seats are spaced out. Salesmen are wearing masks and they do not come with you on the test drives. As I expected, the vehicle was beautiful and just what I wanted. I appreciated Victor calling me as soon as it came off the truck and the manager getting it through service in time for us to come in. We didn?t play the dreaded back and forth game negotiations. We found numbers that were fair for the trade in and the new purchase. Paperwork was done in a timely manner and the finance department (which can equally stress people out) was easy breezy. There was no strong arming to purchase things we didn?t want, and for those we did, they were explained in detail. We were very happy. Let?s not forget about some of the other key players. If you?re like me, I only want to hear from my salesman. What I will say, there?s a few phone calls I received from their team to thank us for coming in, for doing a test drive with Victor, for buying a vehicle, and to thank us for our business. While it?s not for me, they were friendly and to the point. We appreciate that. So, if you?re in the market for a new Hyundai or a pre-owned vehicle, go see Victor! He?s personable, friendly, and will work hard for you!

    Everyone was wonderful. They were very interested in providing the best service possible. The sales man. Christian was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable... about the Palisade. He was able to explain what everything in the vehicle did and how to make changes. He stayed on top of the entire process. The GM, Jeff was really great to work with as sell. It is very clear that he is interested in making the Hyundai dealership very successful.
