    I love it when a plan comes together the way you want it to. I dropped my car off the night before and by 8 am I already had a text from Richard acknowledging... my car and expected service. Well done guys!

    I scheduled 1st service and oil change for my 2019 Hyundai Tucson entirely online, selected 7 am the next day, called to confirm the option of prior day... overnight drop off, dropped off after hours at night, received video message from Service Specialist at 7 15 am next day showing work commencing on my vehicle, received phone call about an hour and a half later to inform me my vehicle was ready and that there were no charges due to 1 of 2 coupons we received when we purchased our vehicle there a few months ago.

    With my recent retirement we are now a single income family and our 2007 vehicle is out of warranty and we had decided it is time to trade it in and purchase... a new vehicle or explore a lease option. This was our first lease purchase experience and your Chapel Hill's dealership Manager and our personal sales associate, Jessica Lamb were very helpful and patient as they answered all of our questions. We had expressed some concerns with the service at the dealership of our previous vehicle so it was appreciated that Jesse, our Sales Associate took the time to introduce us to the Service department employees and assure us about the level of service we would receive. Nadine Bateman was super helpful in sending me emails on available vehicles as we were making up our mind on the type of vehicle and dealership we would visit. Overall a great buying experience and we are looking forward to our next 3 years with our new Tucson!
