No High Pressure Sales at this Dealership!

Although I never look forward to going to a dealership based on my previous experiences, this time was actually enjoyable! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted professionally by Nadine who I had spoken to on the phone the day before. She immediately brought in Ben who listened to what I was looking for and took me right to my new vehicle. I didn't know it at the time and wasn't sure but with the time he spent with me and the test drive etc. - I knew I wanted that car. I just didn't think I could afford it. After working with Eric and Ben and later Branden in finance, I came away feeling good about my purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

My 4th elantra

I had a great experience at Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills. I have owned quite a few Hyundai, love the value love the ease of getting in and out of my lease. In all my years of owning each Elantra I have never had one issue to deal with regarding the performance other than changing the oil.

reliable , friendly, and dealership quality service

I buy the Phil Long coupon service book every year, especially on Black Friday special.. So I get all my vehicles properly maintained with dealership quality and great prices.. one of many of Marty's recommendations.. Marty Stinett is the best service manager I have had the pleasure of working with always makes sure my vehicles are properly and timely done .. and informs me of any specials or recommendations that may apply to me. Very satisfied customer..

Review

We greatly appreciated that our car's service was completed before the time promised. It was great to see that the interior was not dirty, unlike the two previous service appointments, especially since we have cream colored seats. Thank you for keeping us up to date throughout the service process and we look forward to having our vehicle serviced at your dealer again.

This time I had a different advisor than the last time. The last one was not efficient, but this time I had Jay. He was outstanding. I am going to request Jay next time I need service.

Customer Satisfaction of Sales and Service Survey

I bought my first new Hyundai in May of 2008; a 2009 Sonata Limited. It has been an excellent car for in town driving and for road trips. Any problems with the car were dealt with in a timely manner. The problems were few. I expect the same ownership satisfaction with the 2016 Azera. The service department is excellent, easy to deal with and able to solve problems quickly.
