Shenandoah Ford Hours
Read reviews that mention:
Took my truck to them for an inspection and high idle problem a year ago. After they look at it they said water pump is leaking. Gave the green light to... fix it and during the process ended up needing a timing cover also. Cost me $1400. So as soon as i left the parking lot i could tell the high idle wasnt fixed. When i got home realized serpentine belt was half ways off the crank pully, oil plug was leaking (they also changed), and idle wasnt fixed. Brought back to them and they fixed free. That was good. Now the really bad. 8 months later timing cover starts leaking. Only been 1500 miles. Warranty is one year or 12k miles. They refused to cover. Even refused Charge less than normal with me still paying some. Their parts people are no better. I had bought some injectors from the absolutely awsome dealership of cowles ford and had a private shop install them. Turns out one injector was bad from the factory. The shop called the horrible shenadoah dealer and they told the shop i gave them the wrong iniectors. Turns out they didnt do their homework because they was a design change and the ones i bought were correct. As a man who is highly involved in the automotive industry, i highly reccommend you stay away from them
My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Shenandoah Ford. Everyone was extremely helpful to assist us in getting our new 2017 Mustang. There... was no pressure from the staff, and everyone bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Our Salesman Kyle Phillips was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff at Shenandoah Ford for our new mustang!!
One of the best car buying experience. Followed their high reviews before deciding to patronize the dealership. Definitely better than most and very happy... that I went to them. I believe them to be fair and would recommend.
Connie; Thank you so much for your kind review. We greatly appreciate it. Welcome to the Shenandoah Ford Family!
I purchased a new Ford F250 Super Duty from Shenandoah Ford on Halloween night and did I receive a treat. Everyone that I came in contact with was a pleasure,... very knowledgeable with zero pressure to buy. Trevor, Jay and Keith will go out of their way to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend Shenandoah Ford to anyone looking for a great deal without the high pressure sales approach. Shenandoah Ford will be my first stop when I'm in the market for a another car or truck.
We just bought a used 2016 Ford Explorer Sport with Shenandoah Ford. Wonderful experience. Catherine Adams was wonderful and we felt we got a great price... for a low mileage, perfect condition Ford Explorer Sport.
I think the overall experience was great !! I really appreciate the help.
On a Sunday evening our vehicle broke down on the side of the highway and was towed to Shenandoah Ford in Front Royal, Virginia at the recommendation of... AAA. Our experience with the service department at this dealership was horrendous. Our vehicle was mixed up with someone else’s. Upon arrival, the entire night drop envelope was filled out including the tag # etc. When we called to check on the progress the service coordinator mentioned a vehicle that did not belong to us. When we corrected him, he said “Hmm, that is weird” and proceeded to tell us what was wrong with “our” truck. The repairs were authorized and we received a phone call that all work was completed. We drove 2 hours back to the dealership to pick up our vehicle. When we went to pay for the repairs they handed us the wrong keys. We corrected them and pointed out which keys belonged to us. Again, the comment was made that is was strange. When we got in our truck to leave it did not start. It turns out that our truck had never even been looked at because they had fixed someone else’s truck under our name. Of course, we were very upset about this error. We talked with the service manager and he could get us repaired and on the road with a few hours. I do not understand how a huge error like this could have been made. We authorized and paid for repairs to a vehicle that did not belong to us and the keys to the wrong vehicle were made available to us. We handed over the receipt for the cash we had paid to the service manager so he could research what had happened and he lost it. When we asked for a copy of the receipt it took them a while to produce another one because the entire ticket had been deleted out of the system. The worst experience of all occurred with an employee of the service department as I was leaving the business. The error had been resolved and we were calmly leaving to begin our long drive back home several hours later. A man stood up from his desk, unprovoked, and proceeded to shout at me from across the room. He stated to me that he had made the error (which I did not know) and was shouting at me because I was upset about the error. We were leaving and everything was over. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee of a business before. It was extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. The service manager was yelling at him to sit down and be quiet but he continued his tirade. I do not understand how the mix up occurred when all the correct vehicle and contact information was included on the envelope that contained the keys. I also am extremely upset about being verbally attacked by an employee that was not involved in the resolution of the problem and to whom I had not had a discussion about the incident with. I had to make several phone calls to the director of Shenandoah Ford before she returned my call so that I could discuss this matter. I do not believe this is good professional customer service either. I would NOT recommend this service department to anyone and I will not use their services again. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Never responded back! Looking for a car on Cars.com found one at this dealer sent a request. No Response from Dealer
Great group who makes you feel welcome and listen to what you really want, then magically make the vehicle appear. Highly satisfied customers for life!
We could not be more pleased with the service department at Shenandoah Ford! Our 2015 F-150 had a trailer brake control module malfunction that locked... the brakes on our camper while we were on a trip and far from home. Everybody that we dealt with in the service department went out of their way to get the problem diagnosed and corrected. The service writer, James, put us in the good hands of Phil, the service manager and even though they were on their lunch break, and were obviously very busy with a shop full of vehicles in need of repair, they started work immediately on our truck. They didn't have the needed brake module in stock, but broke open a new accessory kit that they did have in stock, and used the module from it to get us back on the road. We were in and out of there in about 2 hours and they gave us a loaner car so we could go out for lunch while work was being done! We were shocked and pleased beyond belief to be treated so well! If you are in need service this is the place to go for fast, friendly and excellent service! We thank everyone there for a very pleasant experience!
