    I love the detailed care and honesty I receive at Ed Bozarth. I feel that no employee's in the service area will try to take advantage of me as a woman who is less likely to know about car maintenance. I want to mention key people in the Topeka service area Terrence Wrightsman, V. Bejarano, and John Paul!!! I love the service team in Topeka!!!!!!! This is the second time the same problem was fixed.     I usually work with Dave Kill who is always great to work with, but he was on vacation when I was contacted by Sherl Lunceford about an on-star maintenance report that showed I was due for a checkup.... I was also having issues with my lift gate and just hadn't found the time to get it in... btw Sherl Lunceford is another great team member at ED Bozarth. Sherl explained that Dave was out but connected me with Aaron Penner... seriously you should be embarrassed to have all of these great employees at one location.... Aaron was knowledgable about a lot of things and did a fantastic job explaining to me what they would do during this visit to fix the lift gate where both struts had gone bad. He explained the process, caught another issue with a light that was out in the lift gate as if that wasn't enough... the light that he found was burned out was out of stock at the dealership... but the mechanic who did the repairs whose name I don't know, had one in his tool kit and of course used it to fix the bad one.... They treated me like it actually mattered to them that I was a customer.... I work with people all over the country, I can count on 1 hand the number of companies that 'get it' and even fewer that spend the time to make sure the employees do... Ed Bozarth 'gets it' and so do all of the employees I encountered on my last service visit, I wish more companies did.

    Bought a car with extended warranty. they wrote up the contract wrong, but want me to pay 500$ "to make it right" for a 150$ part. Did not know warranty was not right until I tried to use it. If I signed a contract with them, not understanding, I guarantee they would have made me honor it. Only other time I used their service was to put new battery in, it cost me 350$

    Up until I bought the car, I had a great experience. Salesperson Tyler Graff was great - very nice and fun to work with. The first Issue I ran into was the theft alarm system that they install on all of the vehicles. I opted out of this theft service, leaving the alarm installed. After about 3 days, the alarm started sounding each time I would start the vehicle. After searching, I was able to find the device and remove it. On another note, today is the 29th day since I purchased the vehicle (I live in Nebraska, where the registration deadline is 30 days) and I haven't received the Title from the dealership yet. I called them 4 days ago - they hadn't shipped it yet but assured me it would get done that day. I understand that Kansas's deadline is 60 days, but it should not take 3-3.5 weeks to ship out paperwork. If I'm lucky and it shows up tomorrow, I'll be able to avoid the late registration fee.

    We hadn't bought a car for years and dreaded the thought. We weren't even sure what kind of vehicle we were looking for. Everyone we met greeted us warmly. The salesperson, sales manager, and financing representative were very knowledgeable and patient. They made what we feared would be a difficult decision painless. We were happy the whole process took just a few hours and not days. Our Buick Lacrosse is turning heads and we couldn't be more pleased. We only wish we had come in sooner.

    They the only service dept that i will allow to work on my car. Larry Jackson and his team always go above and beyond every time. They make me feel like family. The time my car,was rear ended they always had time to listen. When other things need done they are super. I drive from Lawrence, Kansas to have my car fixed there.     The service reps are always helpful. They promptly get my car ready to go to the back for the oil change or anything else. Lucy, the van driver, is very enjoyable and gets me back to work as quickly as possible. Couldn't ask for anything better.

    Car taken in with screw in tire. Tech looked at it and said it needed to be replaced and quoted a price. It was not until asked if the tire was under any warranty did the tech even check (it was by the way). The car also was on a safety recall and nothing was mentioned by the tech about fixing or scheduling a time to the recall issue.
