Sales people were nice, but I didn’t like how hard they

Sales people were nice, but I didn’t like how hard they pushed towards financing. They also did not seem flexible at all on pricing, but I didn’t see anything that indicated they were a no haggle type dealership.

No Pressure

I recently purchased a pre-owned Jetta from Cap City Nissan and couldn't be happier. There was no pressure from Eugene, the sales rep, which was a huge plus. The entire process was very easy.

Don't do business with them

Stopped by to look at a car. Didn't work for us. Was shown a new car. Price was okay. So we test drove it. As soon as we got back we were told we'd have to pay an extra thousand if we wanted it because it was the only one they had. That's unethical in my opinion. Very upsetting. I'm a Nissan owner but will never do business with this dealership.

Swader, I am sorry you feel this way. During times of an inventory shortage this is just something we have to do. We try to limit our mark up to 1,000 as others are as much as 10,000. We hope this kind of shortage is all behind us now

Great group of people to work with!

Dishonest service writer

Dishonest service writers. They had my vehicle for 8 plus hours, for a diagnostic test and to replace a 20 minute part replacement, which they had on hand. I was told there is no appointment time, this is only the time to talk to a service writer, then you might want to change the monitor in the waiting area, it says appointment time and mine was 0900. Service writer had zero contact with me unless I called him, left a message and no return calls. Other employee told me they just pulled my vehicle in at 1500hrs, Mark then lied an said the vehicle had been in the shop all day. Other who had appointment time of 1630hrs, were gone before me. I have had diagnostic test before and they take maybe 2 hrs, on the high end. Honesty goes a long way in the customer service field, if I was dishonest with them would they use my service, Nope.

Don't trust Capital City Nissan. Service awful

This is a terrible dealership. First, they sold me a used 2018 Nissan Rogue with a long history of transmission problems. They did not disclose it. A year or so after I bought it It needed a total transmission rebuild. They said it would take three days and they kept it 10 days. They gave me excuse after excuse. Don't trust them.

Jeff, we are sorry for the confusion. The carfax or Autocheck vehicle history report for every pre-owned car we sell is posted on our website. If an issue isn't reported, we won't know about it either. as for the 10 days, Sometimes parts take longer than expected right now with shipping and parts shortage issues after the pandemic. I apologize that this wasn't explained to you.

Dishonest salesperson and the service department is

Dishonest salesperson and the service department is awful. They over promise and under deliver. They said my car would be ready in two days and they kept in ten days. They kept the car a week and never even started. They made up excuses why it was not done promptly. Don't take your vehicles there. They are not honest.
