I bought this car 2 months ago.

I bought this car 2 months ago. I've been back 3 times about the brakes. This last time they swear they don't hear these brakes and sent me home just to wake up and hear these brakes now scraping. I don't know if it's because I'm a female or what but the fact that we are in this economy and I dropped 4000 on this carand still have 14000 more to go. To have to turn around and have a rotor replaced out I of my own money causing me financial hardship is ridiculous. I suppose if you are the right color they will do the right thing but instead they made this purchase the worst decision I ever made, I went against my husband's better judgemental to make this purchase, and I deeply regret doing this to myself.

From start to finish, this was the smoothest sales

From start to finish, this was the smoothest sales process I have ever had. Price was up front and clear, no excess hassle or time wasted. Car was immaculate and exactly as described. Plan on continuing my Subaru purchases with Briggs.

I bought my 2019 chevy colorado around 1 year ago.

I bought my 2019 chevy colorado around 1 year ago. Although it is just a base model the truck has worked for me great. What wasn't so great which I thought was great at the time was the customer service. The walk around on the vehicle was non existent and I thought surely the vehicle had cruise control, in which it does not. I do admit that is partially my fault for not knowing exactly what I was purchasing. Chris from finance was very nice at first and I thought he was helping me out. He told me if I bought a warranty it would get me a better interest rate. Comes to find put that doing that is illegal and it does not actually get me a better interest rate. I would not have bought the warranty or bought from them if i knew that was the case. Chris lied to me blatantly and completely fine with screwing over his customers to gain a little extra cash in his pocket. I recently called them trying to make it right. Chris rudely called me and started going over the paperwork right from the start, well the paperwork isn't going to show what he said to me and of course it being a year from now I can't get solid proof or i would be suing him. I then talked to the GM which was kind but not very helpful on getting my money back and making things right. I cancelled my warranty and got 1600 back to put to my loan which isn't even half the amount of the warranty that I never even used. I recommend for ppl wanting to purchase a car to do there research and don't buy from crooks like Chris. Ps..... if anyone else has had this experience with him I would love to hear about it.

I went to their dealership to look at used 2012 Ford

I went to their dealership to look at used 2012 Ford Fusion, the car was priced at $8,995 which was $1000 over Kelly Blue Book, and was in the back lot with the auction cars. the next day after I inquired about it they raised the price to $9,500 and claimed it was "held back from the auction and wholesale to the public". On their website, they note the price as "low priced" The car had 118,000 miles and had minor front-end damage and 3 previous owners. In reality, the car was overpriced and needed a front grille, plus if it did go to auction they would get no more than $5,500. Very greedy dealership

Pass on anything with Brigfs

Briggs Subaru of Topeka is the reason I will never buy another Subaru again, and I’ve had 3. xxxx service and a overall hassle to get anything fixed properly.

Buying Fifth Subaru

Always a good experience working with the friendly and competent sales and service staff at Briggs Subaru in Topeka. We received an excellent trade-in value for our low miles 2022 Impreza when we traded for a 2024 Crosstrek, which we really like. We still have the 2016 Outback we bought from Briggs and it looks and runs like new with only 120,000 miles on it.

Love it!

Loved the dealership. Super easy to deal with and on top of keeping me in the know on my car. The whole process of ordering to picking up the car was extremely easy. Have already recommended people to use this dealership my experience was that good!

GLADLY EATING CROW!!

I purchased my car from here six months ago and had Laird Nollar tell me the car needed a whole new transmission. I called Briggs and Mickey the sales manager (who, by the way, was amazing) had it taken to Smith Brothers for external verification. Turns out what Laird Nollar lied. The car only had a misfire. I know this because it turns our the technician at Laird Nollar who diagnosed my car also works at Smith Brothers. The mechanic that did the inspection (Rick, who is such an honorable and stand up gentleman) was the owner of the company and could have made thousands off of me by being dishonest but refused to do so. Briggs fixed the misfire for free and I am out nothing as apposed to thousands. Thanks Briggs and THANK YOU Mickey.

BUYER BEWARE!!

I had a horrible purchase and repair experience. But now the car I bought SIX months ago, I am having to replace the oil pump and the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION. Buyer beware of the false claims and lemons.
