Bad after sale costumer care
Briggs Subaru Topeka really sucks about their after sales costumer care and communication???? After getting their commission, they neglected me and never informed that my car tag is available already few days back. I have to call them yesterday just to know if it is available since my temporary tag is due today 1/6/2015, I called and informed my salesman that I will pick it up today. When I went there this afternoon, Unfortunately the salesman is off today and he never told manager and the person keeping the tags left early too. So, I left the dealership empty handed and I will be driving my car tomorrow with expired tag! They haven't paid my check after promising upon signing and turning over my previous car that they will pay for my car's residual value since November 2015 and now 2016. Rude staff's and very good in blaming and pointing their faults back to you.

I dealt with 3 different dealerships in my quest to buy a used 2014 Ram. They had one on the lot so called asking for more info. They were able to answer some and other questions they called back with the answer in 5 minutes. My experience on phone was good enuff for me to look forward to person I talked with (Sam). My experience when I arrived was great too...not pushy, let me make my own mind up and provided me with honest information. Gave me a fair price on my trade in and the Best price on the vehicle I purchased (I had spent countless hours researching prices and had already dealt with 3 other dealers). Thanks all that helped especially Sam.

great service, clean facilities, friendly people.
I've been having problems with my car for a while and had taken it to two different garages for repairs, and nobody was able to fix the problem. So we decided to bring it here and the problem was fixed quickly and I wasn't charged very much for the repairs.

Very satisfied
We moved to the Holton area and were searching for shops for an oil change. With Briggs in Topeka being the closest we thought we would drive the hour rather than take our chances with Walmart. So glad we did, Amanda was awesome, courteous and in no time we were on the road again. Thank you Briggs!!!
