Doug Richert Cadillac is a friendly family-run dealership now celebrating their 17th year anniversary. The folks at the dealership really get to know... their customers and strive to be certain that all customer expectations are met and exceeded. It may sound cliché, but at Doug Richert Cadillac you are a name, not a number. Recently, I emailed Jared Richert a brief inquiry about a specific vehicle. He immediately responded answering my questions and offered to bring the vehicle to my work or home for a test drive. I accepted his kind courtesy and within an hour Jared arrived and took the time necessary to familiarize me with the vehicle and the features plus take a test drive. On the spot he evaluated my trade-in and discussed the overall deal which was very fair. I accepted the offer. The next day Jared delivered the new vehicle to my office where we finalized the necessary paperwork. But, he still wasn’t done. He again reviewed all of the vehicle features, connected my Bluetooth, transferred OnStar and satellite radio from the old vehicle to the new one – all of this taking an hour and a half. Now, that is going above and beyond. Working with Jared and the dealership was top-notch!
In 2013, my husband and I bought a SRX from the Doug Richert dealership in Topeka, Kansas. Since that time, we have been very impressed with the professionalism... and competency of the staff there, especially our sales associate, Barry Riddle. Barry doesn't stop working for you once the deal is sealed. He familiarizes the buyer with every aspect of the vehicle, including all the electronics, which are constantly evolving. His follow-though is amazing! He takes responsibility for his customer's satisfaction throughout their ownership of the vehicle he sold to you. Last week, we bought our second SRX from Barry. Because Barry has taken such great care of us the last four years, we wouldn't have thought about purchasing another vehicle from anyone else. He's extremely professional and very low pressure. His goal is to keep you happy for the long haul, and he does an awesome job of that! Thank you, Barry Riddle! In our opinion, you are one of the Doug Richert dealership's most valuable assets!!
Unfortunately, 30 days after I purchased a vehicle from Doug Richert, I backed into someone in my own driveway!!! I took my car to Richert's body shop... for repairs. Dan was so great to work with. He gave me a quick estimate and got my car in for repairs right away! They only had it for two days and I got it back looking good as new! Dan took the time to explain the repairs and made sure I understood what I was paying for. Excellent customer service and excellent work!
Our experience was awesome! We worked with Jared Richert on the purchase and the paperwork. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and... wasn't pushy at all. It was an easy process and we never felt like we got "sold". Once we decided to purchase the vehicle he took the time to make sure we understand all the bells and whistles and helped us get everything set up. Super happy with our purchase!
