Easy, No Hassle Knowledgeable Sales Team

Have been looking for the Ram 2500 Big Horn all over the place. Their web site said they had 2 in stock. When I called, I was informed that one had sold the night before and the web hadn't updated, but the other was still there... so I sprinted to the dealership. I was greeted promptly by Joe and taken to see the truck, they set me up for a test drive and answers my questions... it was a seemless process and I ended up leaving with the vehicle I have been searching for.



They were very rude and did questionable work. I brought my car in for a oil change and they inspected my brakes and said my pad were really low and I should do the brakes right away. I agreed to let them do it and the next day my front wheel started locking up. When I called them to get an appointment to bring it back they 1st tried to say they never did my brakes. They took it in and even though it didn't have a problem before I brought it there. The tech didn't find it a problem with it when he inspected it but after they worked on it locked up. They said they don't know what happen but it wasn't them. I owe them another 230.00 dollars for the new repair.


Ordered new radio gps intermittent

Always good service

They are always f riendly and go above and beyond to help. Will continue to be my first choice for repairs/service. The guys there are always friendly and professional.



Very disappointed...dropped off my car for a part to be replaced. Told it would be finished next day. First the wrong part was sent...finally got my car back after 10 days!!!


Horrible experience

They refused to work on our vehicle, even though it is still under warranty. And didn’t even have the tenacity to tell me themselves. Worthless.


Service lights coming on and off.

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Process of checking in during this time of COVID was easy and safe. Problem was identified and corrected immediately and cost of repairs was reasonable.


Wonderful Experience

Jim was a fantastic salesperson who explained all the features of the Jeep thoroughly; he took plenty of time to make sure that we understood everything and was very pleasant to deal with. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the Jeep.



WORST potential car buying experience ever!!! My husband and I went shopping for a vehicle, our sales guy (Joe) was very helpful and took his time to find the perfect vehicle however, when we asked to test drive the vehicle we was interested and waited in the showroom for our salesman to bring the vehicle around another salesman (Barry) walked past my husband and I and said "we're closing get out". The first time my husband and I heard the salesman we were unsure of if we heard it correctly. The rude salesman the continued to repeat "we're closing get out"numerous times. As our salesman arrived to the front of the building with the vehicle to test drive, the rude salesman (Barry) rushed outside while shaking his head and making hand gestures. Needless to say we left without test driving or buying a vehicle. My husband and I have been to numerous dealerships and purchased numerous vehicles and have never been treated so rudely. We will take our business elsewhere.


Execellent Dealership

We have purchased 3 new vehicles from these people and I can honestly say that they are the best people to work with. It was actually a joy to buy a car there. I will buy again from them. They go out of their way to make you happy even after the sale.
