Usually it takes hours to buy a car but the information was given to Eric and when we went in he had everything ready to go. Just the signing and putting on a tag. Eric was very professional throughout the whole deal. I will always refer friends and family to Tri State Nissan for the best deals and best customer service.

Went in there looking to trade a vehicle I just bought to get a bigger one. Due to some negative equity I doubted it would work. After spending some time there and going over things I went back the next day after Wendy Conlon called me back. We did go back and forth a bit negotiating but I feel in the end I got a great deal with a new truck. Wendy was very patient, not pushy, and professional. The best thing was she didn’t ask me to give her a great review like so many do. Only issue was I think the truck could have been a little cleaner on delivery. My wife has used their service department for regular maintenance and have not had a problem.
