wasted time
knew credit was rough,applied for financing on line at dealers website...receceived 4 calls from dealership tellin me to come in and we would make a deal,went n under the impression that they had pulled my credit report,got to dealership wasted an hour and was told they couldn't help me,apparently they hadn't pulled my credit report and the sales manager was just tryin to get people in the door to meet his end of the month quota and didnt care about wasteing peoples time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment we walked on the lot the customer service was great. Salesman John was very helpful but not pushy. Brian had all the paperwork together and was very friendly.

Poor customer service
No follow up on complaints. When i complained to Nissan they didnt respond for two weeks. Still no follow up. Save yourself the headache dont buy a Nissan.

The title of this review really says it all. Last year we bought a 2014 Altima from Troy Jackson and were not only extremely pleased with every aspect of the transaction, but absolutely love the car. This year we purchased an additional vehicle, a 2015 Xterra, with help from salesman, Daniel Nelson, and assistance with financing from Troy Jackson. They are both trustworthy, professional, yet caring individuals. We are truly impressed by the quality of Nissan vehicles and you can bet we will continue to trade at Tri-State Nissan!! Car Shopping
I have been a loyal Tri-State Nissan customer for over 10 years. I thought that counted for something. I called Tri-State Nissan and spoke with J.D. about getting a used car. He said that he would look at the inventory and get back to me. I never heard back. I called and left a message and that call was never returned. Tri-State Nissan used to treat their customers like family and take care of them...I'm really disappointed. Tri-State Nissan no longer has that warm feeling where you walk in and you know you'll be taken care of. If it wasn't for the AMAZING service team of Matt Keenan, Charles Marshall and Billy...I wouldn't come back!! At least I know the service team will take care of me!

GREAT!
We decided on another Nissan after our 2004 Sentra finally died (342K miles). Troy Jackson was friendly, patient, and great to work with. No hard sell and actually listen to us ... what we wanted and needed. Brian Nieves had all the paperwork ready to go, sign and get out of there….late on a Monday after work. These guys are great and will definitely buy at Tri-State Nissan again!
