I and my uncle took our dodge diesel 350 truck in thinking that dodge knows dodge best expecting top notch repair. What a huge costly mistake this was.... First the cost of repairs 7000 for power steering and brake repair on diesel truck their connected. First I asked them before starting did they have experienced mechanics familiar with diesel vehicles, there response absolutely! Truck was there one week first bill 2000 before we drove off I asked had they test driven the truck for at least 20 miles to inspect brakes they said yes they always do that. Not even 5 min out the brakes and power steering failed no control of vehicle but we were only going 20 mph so coasted off the road we called them they picked up the truck 2nd time and another week later we drove off same thing happened and I asked them if they test drive vehicles on completion they said yes . Vehicle froze up not ten minutes out , we were on back roads and kind of expected this might happen they picked up truck 3rd time and another week and additional 3500 in uneccesary repairs not related to brakes tie rods struts they said that this was also connected to brakes, this time my uncle drove off and 20 min later he approached stop sign truck wouldn’t stop nor control steering and a collision occurred front of truck was smashed other car totaled , and dmv states that my uncle is at fault because he failed to stop, well he couldn’t because they didn’t repair correctly. I was livid someone could have seriously been hurt. Now we’re worse off than when we started with them , they lied to us about test driving vehicle. I went to dealership while our truck was under repair several times and seen it parked in the same place for days not being repaired . This is absolutely the worst customer service they way overpriced us only to end up paying 2 deductibles due to wreck and lied about test driving vehicle they don’t even care if someone is injured due to there negligence. I repeatedly asked them if they were familiar with diesel trucks they lied. They even charged us 4 different core charges on parts totaling over 300, how can they charge us for core charge and they have the vehicle total deception and lies they made unnecessary charges and unauthorized repairs. They havent heard the last of me , this one is out of my hands

We were immediately greeted and taken care of. They did a diagnostics test, found the problem, and fixed our Jeep in a jiffy and even washed our car! ... Highly recommend this facility!

We had a very bad experience. When we purchased our Ram we were promised two complementary service within two years. We received our first with no problems,... the second we were denied the full service. I had to fight for over an hour to get this dealer to honor their full commitment. The service representative was very arrogant and not honest. Will never buy another car nor have my truck serviced here again.

I got new headlights 2 months ago. Since driver side has been stuck on hi beams (drivers side ). They charged 175$ to correct their installation , then... 3 months ago I had brakes at another shop done. The check brake light came on. I ask them to look at cost me 175$. Then they said. 1300$ for new brakes. OMG. And day before going there my service airbag light came on. They charged me 175$ to inspect? Said no problem. Wow.
